The whole vibe your time together is just so fun, such a wholesome chemistry you've got.
Amazing job!! I always think it’s great to see more climbers experience the crack cellar and learn from Tom and Pete (plus it’s more instructional videos for the rest of us)
Hahaa thanks! It was great insight for me, so I’m glad that translates to people watching it too!
Well that shows how strong Tom is then! Chatting whilst demonstrating - awesome job
Awesome video. I just got a new project, my first roof crack climbing project. And this video gave me lots of ideas for possible betas. Cant wait to go try it out.
i was so much looking forward to this vid and it was even more exciting than i expected! good work :D
Oh I’m glad!!
Having the craic with cracks!
Great video. Tom and Anna have amazing strength. 👍
I’ve heard Tom and Pete suggest that other top climbers should experience some cellar sessions for many years and this video just demonstrates why they should and also heightens my question as to why they don’t?? Having the offer to be given some training by some of the best in their field I can’t comprehend why people aren’t, maybe it’s the nails 😂?!
I mean, crack isn’t for everyone. If we aren’t careful, it could lead to a life changing crack addiction. 😂
this was the best look inside the cellar ive seen yet! thank ya
You killed it that whole session!
So glad you made it to the Cellar of doom ! Did really well for first go at it. Looks like an outside climbing session to look forwards to (No layback allowed)
No blood spilled yet on obstacles and features ( saw, nails in bits of wood, ball park etc.)
Thanks!! Yes yes you have outdoor cracks and an indoor climb off to look forward to!!
@@AnnaHazelnutt Hope your ready for the weather as a bit cool outdoors.
Like your intro as very Through the keyhole, who lives in a house like this ?
super cool video to watch. love that you are confident in your climbing and try so many different techniques 👍
It’s been so fun jumping right into different styles and being a learner/beginner again. 10/10 would recommend
Ahh so excited for this one!!
😍🙏🏽❤️
Wide boys! Awesome!
HYPE! I expected another remote session, thank god it's in person.
Right!?
I wasn't expecting off-width existentialism at 9:54
😂 when it hits it hits
14:30 is the perfect explanation for paddle hands! I've been looking for a good descriptor
Great collaboration
Awesome Vid !!!! Doing crack(s) for the first time looks pretty hard !
I would say the benefit of climbing with someone such as yourself is, you would "have" to give it your all, Men's bravado and all. Again Lucky bugger Tom !! Awesome attempts Anna !!
wow Anna, you are so strong! literal wonder woman...
Let’s start… wide 😈 haha love this video!!
Me encanta la colaboración!🤗 🙌👍🏼 Un sueño probar ese sótano algún día! 💖🌟 🤞
Anna you're amazing.
Ansel Adam photos used to be such a cliche, popular thing for awhile. You would see them everywhere. But now I can see to a climber, they are some good photos of cliffs.
This video is very fitting for October. Wide Boyz house of horror.
Glad to see everyone is thriving in the crack dungeon. Love you Anna -Analise
Yer she's great. So giggley being in the Cellar with Prof. Tom
Awww thanks Analise!!! And omg I was so giggly this entire video series- very psyched to be here
@@AnnaHazelnutt🙂 As you should be psyched to be in the world famous crack cellar.
Nice video. And I've climbed Desert Gold, but I'd say it's a bit wider than perfect hands towards the lip of the roof.
Anna, I am quite frankly surprised Tom did not demo the “Bookopener” during that session. Looked like you had a great, painful time. Well done.
I don’t even know what that is! Lol next time
@@AnnaHazelnutt I was half expecting him to try you on the "pleasure loop" by the end of it.
You really did well
I saw yesterday an instagram post shared from Hazel Findlay with you and Tom, figured a video explanation would be coming. I'm glad to see you're living the dream! (used unironically unlike the usual)
Ahh yes I’m living with Tom and his family right now which is leading to some wildly fun adventures and video collabs
@@AnnaHazelnutt IF you ended up in Sweden/Norway with Eric Magnus or Emil/Cordelia I'd not be surprised. You could crack climb with Emil too. I've hidden it on here so don't ruin any surprise if you are.
The cupped hands are very hard. The finger and wrist strength needed is much harder that they make it look.😇
11:30 “always put your thumb towards yourself” - cuts to Tom flipping his left hand away
omg that's totally the terraria explosion sound at 3:00
The most convincing bat hang.
The most famous crack seller in the world, nice
What kind of Gumby stretchy shoulder move was that at 9:06? My shoulder doesn’t move like that!
9:16 did you just break the seller?!?!
Talk about strong AF!
😂😂
Needs a few more 6" nails
Tom lured Anna into his Crack cellar. sweet.
can't believe they let you in there with non wide boyz branded gloves!
She is so pretty
I can't wait till I own a house and can do this in my basement.
In your defense, the Evolv General will never perform as well as any slipper in thin cracks -- it's the whole reason Tom is wearing Up Rise Pro's. Also, if you look at the photo of Pete, he's wearing in 5.10 Mocs! In short, you need the right tool for the right job!
Does pete always climb in socks?
Watch out or you will become a crackhead and get the fliperou's!
Gotta stay alert 🚨😂
Why do you lose your feet on the hand cracks? Maybe because you often don't bring the knees in enough? You climb more bent in the back than Tom.
I’m not sure! Still learning- have a long way to go ahah
