No matter how much this show gave my head a migraine as kid it still head some level of fascinating charm from its surreal and outlandish humor or aesthetic
I like problem solverz, gumball, smiling friends and uncle grandpa cause all four of them were very experimental when it came to blending diffrent types art styles. I still think gumball and smiling friends have done it best, but that doesn't mean the other two deserve to be swept under the rug. (also I aqua teen hunger force did this type of "multi art style" thing too and it was cool)
Honestly it just didn't really appeal to gen Z aesthetic wise, like I remember checking it out with my friends and we thought it was just screaming "Hello fellow kids" with the early 2000s Internet culture references and overall style. It honestly would have done great if put on adult swim and aimed at millennials since they would have been old enough to appreciate the aesthetic and style and also just watch it high
I’m gen Z and I never liked the show when I was a kid. It was too over stimulating to watch as an autistic kid. Plus, kids can only take so much obnoxious visuals, humor, references, and voice acting. It is simply just going for too much.
Mid 2010s cartoon Network is so underrated and I'm tired of pretending it's not. I'm entirely convinced I'm the only Secret Mountain Fort Awesome fan because nobody ever mentions it outside of hating it even though it's literally the origin of Uncle Grandpa.
This show holds a firm memory in my heart, despite the (mostly) justified hatred. When I was sick back in elementary school, I spent a day at home just watching TV and being taken care of by my parents. And guess what show came up near the end of the day?
I love that show. It's very unique. I hate when people say they judge something based on the quality and visuals alone when there's much more deep under the surface. Even with that fact, the visuals are why I love it so much! I recommend it, really I do.
Honestly I think that uncle grandpa is a better comparison to smiling friends but problem solverz if they had turned down the bombastic visuals probably wouldn’t have been that bad
I just finished the show, and honestly it wasn't as bad as I expected. While the colors might have been too much in the early episodes, I appreciate how experimental it was; for better or for worse, no other CN show looks quite like the Problem Solverz. I think the show would have been more well received had it been on [AS] like intended, rather than on CN. I miss how strange and wild early 2010s CN was. My favorite episodes are Video Gamez, Breakfast Wars, Hamburger Cavez, and Yogurt Nights. You should definitely consider making a video on Secret Mountain Fort Awesome; I feel people didn't give that show enough credit; it's hilarious as hell, and I'm tired of pretending it's not.

12:46 Hey! Big electronic music enthusiast here. Honestly I don't know what genre this music would fall under. It seems like it's a throwback to the 90's and early 00's "tracker" scene, which is very early, pre DAW music sequencing software. I'd be tempted to call it chiptune or just tracker music, but its hard to say since the old heads of the scene hate to give that label to any music made with more modern tools. That's where the slightly pejorative "fakebit" genre comes from. Somewhere in that ballpark this music lives, I believe.
