She changes tempo so well, TJass doesn’t as well as her which is pretty wild to me cause she’s 12 and TJass is an absolute baller
I think it’s because she probably been doing these drills for a while now and it’s TJass first time plus the more you do the drill the better and more clean you will make it look overtime.
She is shorter giving her a lower centre of gravity and allowing her to change direction faster. Also, she is far lighter, adding to her agility as she has less weight to transfer each time she changes direction. Nevertheless her skill and work ethic is insane

there are two versions
1) where u sprint and come to a stop with a behind the back,
For this one I realised I was pulling on a very big angle, I bounced the the ball almost perpendicular to my legs. But I realised I need to bounce the ball more parallel to my legs straight to my other hands.
2) this one is basically just setting up a move while dribbling. When Ur standing to still and Ur dribbling the ball, this one just takes more practice to improve Ur muscle memory, try bounce the ball closer to you rather than further away, keep practicing.
I'm not a pro by any chance lmao I'm just a self taught sixteen year old. I practice in ma back yard a lot and it's all down to continuous training
