  • Steph Curry didn't become the best 3-point shooter ever by sheer talent alone. His climb to NBA stardom involved an incredibly strict and exhaustive physical training regiment, led by his personal trainer Brandon Payne. He breaks down the strength conditioning, tennis ball and basketball drills, footwork exercises and much more that he has Steph do in the offseason.
