I am a full PPE Resin Artist. Please take responsibility for your own safety and wear the appropriate Respirator, gloves and eye protection. Work in a well ventilated area.
I do almost the same thing with my acrylic paint tools, except I take the bucket out to the alley to dump it. I also have a garbage can next to me with a spray bottle to rinse paint from my tools straight into the garbage can, then take the tools to my sink and wash them with warm soapy water. Makes life so much less difficult!

Also super important when cleaning up with resin not to be letting any of that get down the drains and out into the waterways. So much micro plastics are in our oceans so we need to be really careful with the resins.

THANK you!! It's pretty much impossible to find any info on a good way to clean jesmonite. My heart hurts everytime I just wash it down the sink, but I haven't had any idea on how to do it any other way

Omg so helpful thank you so much!! I've just got into using jesmonite ac100 and ac730 and was using paper towels and it felt so wasteful!! Do you use this same water when you're wet sanding as well?

I used jesmonite for the first time and it all dried in containers 😢 what can I do?
DO you use Hot water or luke warm water ?
If using the residue to bulk up your pours, do you add it to the mix before the big pour or place in by hand? Or is there a different method?
I would use it to bulk out a mix only if it was the same kind of colour ... there would be a risk that you would see it as a dusty texture x
Do you guys think it would work the same way for concrete? I haven’t had the nerve to pour even filtered cement water down the drain, and I don’t know what to do with my bucket of dirty water now 😱
Yeh this would work even better ... if you place some cheese cloth .. or a muslin in to your sieve ... then it will catch even the smallest particles ❤️❤️
