I personally OWN a Club 6000 set up, and HOLY SHET !!!! 😂😂😂 I NEED BIGGER subwoofers to keep up with the arrays ... Definitely RECOMMEND this system to beginner DJs or a Bluetooth home set up.
@@KadirZora I'm honestly not too sure. If you get a separate Mixer/ multiple input (non amplified) it'll work for what you need. @darls9932 you are probably the best person to ask. Totally conflicted between the AEF 12 and the 6000 for weddings of about 100 to 150. Are the 15 subs really a pain for a 1 person set up? If I was to use the more portable AEF 12 can I still get the job done? Thanks for any assistance you can provide!
Have you heard the Club 8000 and how do you think it compares to the Club 6000? Many of the specs/ratings seem the same on both systems - wattage, coils, magnets, etc. Just 18" cabinets versus 15" cabinets and a 3rd 6.5" array speaker.
I use these with a full live band. Great for small venues. Recommend using triggers for the drum kick. Using a mic causes high peaks at times. With a trigger you can control level.
I did set up and tear down for a famous Jewish band in Toronto, and would either wrap the cable for the upper speakers around the pole or use gaffer tape on the back of pole to hide the cables.
Great video. I think I am still a little torn. Is there a way to adjust for the brightness in the 6000 with a separate piece of equipment and also what kind of bags are u using to transport the speaker arrays?
I play in a 4 piece rock band. Most of the in small cubs but some times outside. Currently I have 2 EV 15 subs and two 15 PA speakers but looking for more punch. We use a mixer with drum set fully mic’d as well as bass and guitars. I wondering if the Pr8000 is the right fit. How long are the cables from the powered sub to the passive sub? It looks like a lot more work assembling the arrays at each gig, or do you leave them assembled all the time?
Yes there are no base tones going to the tops if you look at the back you see the frequency crossover you will not get that distorted bass in your tops
@@acidsplatter Hello. Would you recommend adding another sub? How big is your church? Did you mix a band through the system? Or just speech? Thank You!
hey man honestly without a mixer I wouldn't recommend this for deep bass. I mean it's almost like the arrays overpower the sub without a mixer. what I did was just add a harbinger 18 and a mixer and now the bass is amazing (edm)

Hi Daryl, hope all is well. Which subs hit harder, the 12” AEF subs or these 15” 6000s?

What about a mixer in between with a pad engaged on that mic? Do you think that would help?
How about some compression 😮

Any review yet on the club 8000? Is it worth the extra money for the 18” subs over the 6000
The 6000 bass cabinets weigh 60 and 50 pounds, the 8000 cabinets weigh 98 and 88 pounds. Things to consider when in an old man cover band.

Also what size crowd max would it cover in your opinion?
