A friend of mine lost so much muscle mass and weight that she can't even walk unassisted. But she is skinny now!!! So I totally see the negative effects. She is on mounjaro.ijs. It's not all good.

It’s easy you lose fat and muscle, you absolutely do not want to lose muscle especially as you get older
