    Here’s an interesting thing:
I am now about 3 years in,regarding Gongfu.
I have,as a fairly experienced novice, become quite capable and confident in my steepings of various tea.
I was originally disappointed in my early attempts at Oolong brewing.
    Why?
Allow me to borrow from Bonsai discipline:
‘A Bonsai is a difficult tree,if you approach it as a difficult tree.’
That’s how I approached Oolongs, they would be there to perfection one day,and run away and escape me the next!
    The white rabbit😫
But I feel that Oolong,of all the categories of tea,it is the one that requires the most attention, but not in an intimidated way,as the Bonsai truism states.
Oolong is lovely,I look forward to getting to know it better as time passes

Lol wait a minute… why did you add water to all the teas at the same time? Aren’t the last ones way too strong after steeping them the whole time? Was the water not very hot?
