Bought it and tested it but it seems that on some of the lines the o-ring is too small to get a complete seal; as a result, you won't get an accurate reading since it will be leaking at the connection to the Schrader valve
Hi Mr Yaga, I didn't have that problem, mine fit fine. The only suggestion I can think of is, exchanging it for another, or try to get the correct O ring for your application. They do sell an assortment of O rings that may help. Thanks for watching.
Hi thanks for the video:) i bought the same fuel gauge last night in HBF my question is, when done and got your readings. when you removed the connection from the engine did it spill some fuel? if yes, I probly change this one with white hose fuel release reset button. If you can let me know thanks again good video showing us:)
I'm not 100% sure, but I think I pulled out the fuel pump relay while the engine was running, and placed a rag just under the area where it connects. If I remember correctly there wasn't much of anything that came out, also I have a return line on mine so it could be a different set up. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching. 👍
You have to know where to hook it up and I can't help you there. Take a look at this post, here's the link. www.cumminsforum.com/threads/bought-a-fuel-pressure-tester-kit.151218/
That's Dangerous !! Stop using that gauge immediately, and bring it back for an exchange or refund. That gauge is no good. You shouldn't get any gas in the gauge.
Oil Filter Friday,
Watch a new automotive oil filter inspection video every Friday on this channel.
