kind of want to see a tier list for these pc/switch/xbox pads like which ones do the best job for their price. You have an xbox-specific video that's a bit old.
Already got the X10 Mechanic and it is surprisingly satisfying. Waiting to pull the trigger on a Brooks adapter so I can use it on my Xbox and give it a thorough FPS thrashing as currently I have just used on Tales of Arise.
I have been binging all your videos since I started looking for a new controller a couple days ago and love the channel, what do you think is the best wireless controller for pc (polling rate input delay etc.) thanks man!
@@HugeBignessI have the x10, it will surprise the pants off you. The sticks are avg error .02 on both… the only thing is the polling rate trigger adjustment and no software suite on windows
Hey bro. There was an update on the g7se controller. Any chance you’ll be testing it? 1000hz was disabled. Wanted to know what’s the polling rate on the controller now. Thanks in advanced.
Thinking about buying the Vader 3 or the X10. And yes the X10 is the newer model than the X15, they said for some reason during launch they got mixed up somehow and from now on the newest releases will be in numerical order.
Hey Kevin, I know controllers are your thing and you haven't done mice for quite some time, but have you considered looking at the Asus ROG Keris 2 Ace? The mouse itself is nothing overly special, typical ergo-lightweight with a couple of side buttons, though it has a 42kdpi sensor with low deviation; but the special sauce of this mouse, and the part I'm and probably many others are interesting in, is the 'polling rate booster' dongle, 4khz wireless and 8khz wired. Honestly this thing deserves a teardown and investigation, because what black magic is Asus using to get those kinds of polling rates? I'd be very interested in seeing what chips they're using, both for the microcontroller and wireless chips, assuming they haven't scratched the ICs or are using proprietary chips; as someone into peripheral design and custom peripherals, I'd love to know if these things can be sourced from a vendor.
waiting for x10 review before i pull the trigger....the x10 is currently $42 with 10% off coupon on amazon and the x15 is $35 with 10% off on amazon as well....
i just bought this thing and it keeps doing "phantom" or "ghost" hits. Example in rocket league is the controller starts holding boost (X) without me pressing it. I got the bluetooth working once but can not replicate it. im on PC. My recommendation is keep looking for other controllers, i may return this for something better if anyone has a recommendation.
that gamesir X t-4 pro , still using it now. haven't found a better controller with led aesthetics&hardware performance. until now. i think ama get one o these and mod the direction keys because they clearly suk.
Interesting my easysmx x15 showed 250hz on gamepadla with the dongle I wonder if it has changed but the wired 1000hz is sick.i thought i would prefer the x10 but since i have 250hz showing on my x15 wireless and the battery is excellent i dont need gyro and i honestly dont care that much about the mech buttons. Some people had stated that a lot of the third party companies develop button sticking with there mech switches so im worried to trust it tbh membrane is slower to actuate I guess but seems to be as reliable as a Xbox controller which is fine for me.
My mecha version RGB stopped working after one month. And I was using it on an average of 1 to 2h per day. It's on its way to source right now. Not a good experience from my end, ye it was comfortable and all but what can you say when such a lame feature stops working.
Hi friend. We feel sorry to bring you an unpleasant shopping experience. We provide one year no responsibility to exchange, you can contact the corresponding customer service from your order page, we will try our best to solve for you.❤
Bruh, my 8bitdo ultimate 2.4 with a year and a half of extensive use still holds 7.7% precision still using potentiometers, how da heck this hall effect joystick can be worse than that lol to bad the inner trigger design to push the membrane is completely fucked up and actually started to tear down the membrane in half on both triggers, this is the only reason i'm kinda on the fence to get a hall effect one.
Some people have horrifying bad luck with potentiometer controllers, like me. My elite series2 is down for life after just 1 year of use and it can only be fixed by a board replacement due to the device defects where the sticks won't twist off. I have also 3 other faulty xbox controllers, also stick drift, and my wife's elite 2 is starting to drift. I will NEVER buy any controller that does not have hall effect sticks, but glad your luck is better than mine.
I’m in the rare camp that has had minimal issues with potentiometer thumb stick but there are many they just don’t trust them anymore due to having drift on so many controllers
@@switcherlp780 Got lucky with the sticks and fucked with the triggers lol on god is really sad the way they design those on the 8bitdo, my LT activates without pressing and doesn't reach the full 100% when pressed all the way, that made me interested on these EasySMX, specially on the x10, and i've saw on another channel's comment section that in the case of the x10, some people had also up to 13% precision on the stick test but it got fixed by updating the firmware, i might be getting one of those cuz like you i rather spend my money on a controller with hall effect from now on, even though i liked the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback on the dualsense, i don't think that some gimmicky (although really innovative and immersive technologies) gamepad functions that at the end the game developers will likely forget about weigh more than precision and durability.
@@GamerHeavenOfficial Every time you say that in your videos my extreme jealousy tries to bubble forth...but I just tell myself that the Elite 3 with Hall Effect is near lol.
