How is a Human Resources MANAGER different from a Human Resources DIRECTOR?

- A Human Resources Manager is slightly different from a Human Resources Director, but business owners and so many others get them confused so often. Sad thing is that many employers use Human Resources Director on their job postings to attract more experienced candidates, but when they don't know what that job entails, they could create a space for a high turnover position.

In SF Bay Area HR Director salary is 200k + to 300k… Of course cost of living is insane here. At HR manager minimum salary is about 130 K.
I’m confused. Is this a comparison of your current salary & what you project you would make as an HR Manager?
HR people are beautiful, you look great too of course professionally savvy
Thank you & I totally agree 🥰
Great Video! Definitely keeping up with your updates!

Really great video!
What minor would you recommend to pair with a bachelor in Human Resources Management? I was looking at Bussiness Administration or Management Information Systems.
You’re welcome! Honestly, if a minor isn’t required or your company isn’t paying for your education, I wouldn’t get a minor. If all things are aligned or your passionate about getting a minor, then I would suggest Business Administration. Unless, you’re working in a dedicated systems position, then I’d choose the management systems minor. Seeing your resume would totally help. I’ll be opening career mentoring in the coming weeks, join my email list to be the first to know when that option is available
