That was fun to listen to. It sounds like the kinds of things my friends would be sitting around drinking beer and then just start riffing on. Ladies, do you want to know what your guy is thinking about when you ask him what he's thinking about and he says, "nothing"? This stuff. He's thinking about this stuff.
I’m a speech therapist and I made up my own sentences containing common phrases containing movie, song and other references, but I had books with pages of these exercises.😂
I adore your comedy! I also love how you took your adversity and made work for you rather than allowing it to box you in. You are so freakin hilarious!! I NEED to see you here in Richmond, VA
I saw him in Detroit last year. He'd worked past the stutter. As I was using the bathroom before going home, some idiot said, "he was funnier when he stuttered." Completely looked past all the jokes, and wanted the disability instead. For my part, I think Drew's a brilliant comic.
He has not ‘worked past’ his stutter. He has learned to implement the techniques to control his speech in many, maybe even most, situations. This includes the times he is doing his shows. But there are still moments where the stutter will be a lot more notabel than normal. He has made a video about a situation when, during one of his shows, there was a very angry man in the crowd, who acted quite aggressively towards Drew. Understandably that caused a high level of stress for Drew, which had a direct effect on his stutter. (Drew does point this out himself in the video, so I’m not making any uninformed assumptions about this.) To claim that he has ‘worked past’ his stutter, implies that he doesn’t have it anymore at all. And that is simply not the reality. Moreover: his comical talent is amazing and, in my opinion, is NOT dependable of him stuttering or not.
The first time i saw him on AGT i felt bad for him. His stutter was so bad it looked almost painful. But he absolutely owned it and then overcame it! Drew is awesome!
Brilliant. Sorry about your injury. Glad you have mushy marbles though because it is at least some compensation (you can dress this up and use it, but it is said from a place of discomfort because that was difficult to hear let alone go through) 🙈. I loved the line about your "problems to sound good".
"my mother milks my mushy marbles." ME: gets up, walks into the kitchen, opens the freezer, takes out a bottle, pours a small amount of clear liquid into a cup, drinks it, pours a bit more this time, walks back and clicks play..
@@Boozer13no such thing as getting rid of it. It's just managed. He recently posted a video about his stutter collapsing completely and getting uncontrollable. Gotta start over!
@@MFKitten his stuttering could be cured. His therapy has already shown because he rarely even stutters on his free-speaking podcast. It’s incredible. Since he began stuttering do to a baseball accident when he was a young adult, it’s not a genetic or inherited thing that’s linked to his dna. It’s something that came on by happenstance and his speaking quality now compared to 5 years ago is night and day. Will he have his stutter forever? Only time will tell. But if his improvement from now to where he was 5 years ago is any indication, I’d say no he won’t…
"I don't want you to feel bad for me... I need you to..." OMG! I lost it! That was great. 😂
My favorite: "Next day I woke up with a career"! Hysterical!!!
So inspiring when someone owns their life circumstance and makes the best of it.
“My dad does downward dog and dresses in drag”
“Is that another one of your exercises?”
“No”
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
"we're back to talkin'." HOLY F*CK THATS FUNNY
“Dirty igloo”. Brilliant. Will never look at a turtle the same way again 😂
This is one of the best sets I've ever seen.
He took the cards he was dealt and monetized it. Love it!!
This one will always be funny. Drew Lynch is amazing :)
"Hmmm, how do I want to spend my $10k? " 🤣
Look at this youngster - so good! ❤

I am CRYING laughing! My husband is looking at me like I'm insane, over here in my headphones, while he's trying to work. LOL
Great set!
Finally, someone that made me laugh. 😂👌
Try Nate Bargatze
Try Jim Eoin.
Bob Newhart said "that stutter paid for a house and put two kids through collage. I'm not changing it."
One of the funniest bits EVER
Love this guy. First time I saw him was on AGT.

First time watching Drew! Now I'm a fan! Bravo!

Drew needs to put out Merch.... I want an official Drew Lynch Havana Bandana with Bananas and Cabanas.

He is brilliant, but the stutter did add something to his delivery. He's not worse without it, it's just different.

If a turtle hits a construction worker it’s called a wash 😉
Good one.

He's right though.. now I want tho
Now, if he didn't have the stutter hook, would the jokes still be funny? A RESOUNDING "Absolutely!"
why are you not in the UK
i love you so much.
Good stuff buddy, laughing from beginning to end. Congrats on taking your stutter onto the stage, bravery this lisper lacks.
Do not watch this video while drinking!
Love Drew, but for once i have to say, the girl up front and center is absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous holy wowzer
I like the set … but I’ve seen the exact same set material posted and reposted so many times already.
Maybe they aren't reposts; maybe they are stutters.
@@SYKMSATMWIB 🤣

50 cent micro.
I thought he said on AGT that he has Tourettes
From now on i will always imagine mario sunshine game as mario on the run from the Mafia and oweing money to the Hawaiian government.
How old is this? 5+ years?
Ya. Hes all but gotten rid of his stutter nowadays.
@@Boozer13You've got a n@sty attitude.

i closed my eyes and thought a southern gay keibler elf was telling me how life was hard since he left his tree...
How’s your adhd wife? Good morning.
I bet if he sticks with his speech therapy, his stutter will be almost imperceptible in 5 years.
Unless he gets heckled by someone with Tourette’s…
: )
Must have been his first time public speaking or something. You can hear how nervous he was.... Or maybe he was cold ?
He said he has a stutter, which isn’t from nervousness
@@pulledpork_revolving_doorsI don't think he mentioned that. Your mother must've milked your mushy marbles
He was referencing one of Drew’s jokes in his most recent post
not his first time he was on americas got talent
@pointlessspoon Oh mb
Repost of the same stuff over again? Well...
Boo hoo. It's free and I'm complaining anyway, everyone look at me
Well if you love watching the same clip for the 5th time that they repost this year then yea, boo hoo on you.
Absolutely zero pity laughs. Might need a therapy after this for laughing too damn hard😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Funny.
