I saw him live on the Blqck Halo tour in a small venue. Was feet away from the stage. It was like being there for the Cold Winter's Night DVD shows.
Sadly I didn't get to meet him, but I too was able to see him with Kamelot before he left. It's still one of my favorite concerts ever, and I've probably been to about 100.
