WantSome did such a great job keeping his arty constantly firing. Suprised those barrels weren't bright red by the end
Yeah it was basically non stop, very impressive
90% of the Micro went into non frontline troops at then cost of 2 nimrods 😅
I mean Tarczay was absolutly backbreaking for Japassa, losing early 2 ISU-152s in exchange for one panther...yeah

In the end its just math. ISU has between 30 and 40% hit depending on veterancy and a pen chance on a panther of ~40% on 2k.
The panther has around 40-50% hit and a pen chance of ~60% at 2k. Also when he hits one time the suppression will decrease ISU's hit chance immensly.
The panther that died at the end was the one that killed the is2 in the town btw. That was the reason he was there

not using the su76's for counterbattery felt inefficient, dont think they did much, for 4x80pts
Agreed, really should have been countering
Yeah kinda forgot them. I don't think counter battery would have changed much, but still better than just sitting on them. Mistakes were made

kinda sucks that the pershing isn't in this game, I was being reminded of how well it functioned along side Sherman late in the war but they only started rolling of production lines in November 1944 so they don't fit the very narrow timeline of this setting being basically the summer of 1944.

Those IS-2s really saved jaapaasas dignity. Annoyed me how consistently they just one shot all of wantsomes tanks 😂
Every third shot hits. If you count all the shots you will see that there was no luck. just me beeing to slow to get my tanks out of range.
But that's the price I payed for playing that dangerous game of keeping him at bay at the open ground.
@@wantsomenoob ah fair enough. Just felt like it. Atkpowers camera work seemed to miss most of your ISU kills which probably didn't do justice to your trades. Well played either way. Might want to be a bit more careful with the nimrods though! 😂(although that's easy to say)
@@charliechuck1341 the panthers was not killed by an ISU, but by an moving IS2 iirc. 🤣 talking about luck.
Yeah they actually did the lions share of the work, which is abnormal because it is usually the ISU that does all the stuff haha
An excellent example of how Artillery can be used to overcome an opponent who has a range advantage. Jaapaasa sat back for way too long thinking he could outtrade with his IS2s and ISU-152s.
3rd Tank to me isn't as great a combination as it looks. The mix of Emchas and IS2s is a lot of fun, but the division has a definite hole in AT from 1k - 1500m. The Shermans can't fight that far out, and its closer than you want your IS2s. (which are also usually too large an investment to fight something that fights at that range) You have no ZiS-2, and your only real weapon at those ranges is the card SU-85s.
Yeah it was a really impressive use of the arty in this one, WSN has really been impressing me with his arty play

@@atkpwrgaming if that's what he was talking about i think it's the sound you can hear After you end most of your sentence (i'm pretty sure it's the sound of when you swallow your saliva and reopen your mouth, at least i tried by doing and it was similar X)
To me wasn't an issue i barely Heard it maybe once but i Guess if you use earphones with high volume it Can be Heard more frequently

Isn't there a bug/exploit that when a tank switches ammo while reloading it reloads way faster?
Used to be, but I believe they patched that out

Just overall better play WSN. Awesome smoke usage, couldnt leverage my heavier tanks.
Generally my skills with tank divs are fairly poor, or at least my confidence when using them hahhah

What mod or DLC provides the white and yellow boxes to the right of the unit icons? I presume these are frontal armor and armor penetration.
Correct. Nothing, its in the regular options, i believe under interface

the IS-2 is the most overrated piece in the game. Its slow rate of fire and its accuracy means that with the 12 ammo it could fire all 12 shots and only get 4 kills or less before needing a reload but better micro and the Tiger or Panther could have gone forward, fired and then reversed before the IS-2 got a shot off and with the amount of ammo the Tigers and Panthers carry they could kill the IS-2 without receiving a shot

1 shotting tanks is insanely powerful, and its immune to 95% of the weapons in the game. He smoked them off the whole game (a substantial micro tax) for a reason.
The King tiger is the most overrated weapon. At its the price the IS2 actually a lot more feasibility due to its cheaper price and one shot ability
