A person testifying in His Own Defense in a Murder Trial gets a lot of latitude. That’s true whether or not His Attorney is asking him questions. In this case, obviously, he’s representing himself. He is allowed a lot of latitude, because The Prosecutor cross-examines him for any problem they have. I have watched a lot of Trials, and The Prosecutor hardly ever objects when a Murder Defendant is testifying.

He knew her before the incident. Why wouldn't you want to prove your innocence? I feel like people don't understand how it feels to be charged with or alleged to have done something that you did not do. The detectives did a horrible job of investigating this crime. It was poorly done and the outcome is this. This Travis character obviously lied his ass off during that first interrogation and those detectives made him agree to their theory, He did not say anything that matched the police investigation narrative until they said it first. That is the issue I have, that interrogation was awful and the cops planted those narratives into Travis's head and he simply agreed with it and simply went along with it. I just feel like if Tucker was in fact guilty he would have taken the plea deal they offered him, Why fight this case for years and years and represent himself in trial if you are guilty and you know the evidence is stacked against you? Doesn't make any sense at all if you ask me. It is the fact that he is innocent that makes you want to fight and fight for your life no mater what it takes.

The fact that the one and only witness he had didn't help him out at all in his defense says alot and the only alibi he can give is that he got so drunk he passed out he testimony wasn't believable at all he couldn't even stay consistent in his rambling story telling

His wife is not just a millionaire but a multi millionaire.
She started dating him when he was in prison, you seriously think she would let the father of her child go to prison for life ?

He is guilty I am sorry for the people saying that he is not but there are a lot that didn’t come in. I been watching this since day 1 ñ. But I’ve seen a lot & court TV has some papers that the jury don’t get to see & of course he is taking pictures with her laughing & all that because he wants to show that she is not lying. Even she said the first day that she. Didn’t know until they put it in the newspaper 📰 a lot of people don’t catch all the things he is say.
