    Lord Defense attorneys can sound so stupid by asking the exact same question the prosecution asked five minutes prior. Is it just to hear himself talk? It’s bordering ridiculous. His CLIENT is on trial because she DID intentionally lie and mislead law enforcement not simply because we all know she was having an affair with a married man with five children. His client thought ole Fotis had some $$ but she soon learned he couldn’t even afford to buy her coffee at Starbucks!!

    I have watched this trial from the beginning. I am a licensed mental health profession who has worked in the California Prison system and many other settings including domestic violence, sexual assault, trauma, etc. It is my opinion Ms. Troconis was a victim of a conman with ani-social personality disorder with narcissism. He appeared to be a "knight in shinning armor" (red flag ladies) to a vulnerable person. I have not seen any evidence from the prosecution that shows guilt on the part of Ms. Troconis. Mr. Dulos appears to have many illegal dealings and a serial cheater. Motive was to receive access to the children's trust funds so Peter could pay Paul. His house of cards would soon be tumbling down.

  • @Emy53
    @Emy53 9 місяців тому

    Horn opens up certain conversations, then objects to the reply they give, because it didn't go the way he wanted it to go. The question about how Fotis and Michelle looked at each other with stern looks, was a question Horn asked, but didn't like the reply. He beats about the bush with his line of questioning, and he loses himself in his own arguments. This doesn't help Michelle.

  • @Emy53

    S-Horn and his stupid questions regarding the obvious surevailence video, doesn't help Michelle. It actually calls more attention to her comimgs and goings, no matter the time of day, road conditions, or if there was another exit out of the house she was cleaning. She was there, going back and forth, and there's nothing to dispute or anything tp prove otherwise. She was there and the surevailence cameras are accurate. What was his point? I think Fotis took his bicycle early AM on 5-24-19 to ride to 80 Mountain Spring rd house and put it in the bed of the Red toyota Tucoma. He then drove towards the park near Jennifer's house and parked the Red toyota where they captured it near Jennifer's abandoned Surbuban. He then took the bicycle to ride over to Jennifer's home. he waited in lay near her garage area...After he plundgered her upon her return from dropping off kids, he cleaned up all the evidence with those paper towels and water from kitchen faucet. He was by her home for over 2 hours . He dumped her and evidence in her black Suburban and drove it to the RED Toyota& transfered it to that vehicle but then he abandoned both trucks. They never found that bicycle , but his bicycle from Greece was missing. Not sure where he cut her shirt and bra in the front middle but he did want the seats on the RED Toyota replaced as he told Mr. G. ...He and Michelle went to DETAIL clean that red pick up toyota...so it seems like most of the blood transfer was in that vehicle.
