Absolutely tearing up the lawn every time he turned.
I don’t have a lawn. I have a yard
Guys with lawns care about things like that
@@RockhillfarmYT Yeah, so people with lawns, don't let your lawn guys use a Bobcat
I LOVE my scag....but dang...that's a nice Bobcat mower!
Had a Bobcat zero turn for 2 yrs and it's a POS. Worst mower I have ever had.
@@101mazz there all juck , and dealers lie there asses off to sell one
Looks like a decent mower with a big deck and a ton of power. We moved here to East Texas so 3 years ago I had to purchase a new zero turn. I ended up with an eXMark because up north the landscaping companies were all using them. Paid 14k for a nice one.
But here is the thing. If your property isn't smooth, these mowers will shake your teeth out. That 19mph you can only do on smooth surfaces. It is a nice feature.
So I couldn't handle the bouncing ..... even at slower speeds over bumps. I ended up selling the eXMark for 1k less than I bought it for and got a Ferris. Ferris is the king when it comes to suspension and what a difference it made. I no longer dread cutting the four acres with the Ferris. They have multi-link suspension with coil spring shocks and an adjustable seat like this Bobcat. Paid $9600 for it. They have models with CAT turbo diesel and Yanmar diesels.
Hey Brock, thank you for being so kind and generous to Chad Doss. You are truly a treasure and a gem, a blessing to him and his family.
God bless you !
❤
Personally the toro 4000 hdx with a 72 cuts my 6 acres beautifully. They are great machines. Doubt I’d get a bobcat for mowing.
Nice but my ExMark 52" has been good to me the past 4yrs.
No issues & I cut 5+ acres twice a week. Mostly flat but we have some hills.
I do like the comfort of this one, especially the rocking action for your feet or legs. 🤟
I have a green schiller Bobcat crz 48. Before Doosan Bobcat bought them out it would be similar to the zt2000 of today. They are a great mower. I have zero doubt if Bobcat doesn't mess with the design they will continue to be great.
Hello from Doss Farms, thanks for helping Chad and Rae❤
I mow 8 acres of hay field with a Scag Turf Tiger 31hp 61". Its fantastic for mowing tall grass. I dont usually go less than 4" mow height. Zero Turns are excellent mowers all around. At least the commercial ones are fantastic.
I own the same mower in green, Schiller made it. Its unbelievable. Not a single issue in 4 years with mine, its so heavy duty compared to a residential mower. Has a real hitch receiver and is crazy strong.
Wow! Bobcat is making mowers now! Knowing the quality of their other equipment, this is going be one fine piece! Expensive, maybe, but you get what you pay for.
I didn’t know that Bobcat made a mower worth considering Brock! Thanks for the video and demo
Bob cat bought bob-cat a few years ago which were green mowers.
That's a great mower! Love the tool-less oil change.
Thank you for all you did for Doss Farm 🎉🎉
Thank you for helping doss family and I subscribed to your channel from a navy veteran named John Ogden from Illinois
Was just looking at bobcat zt's a couple days ago. Looks like a super nice mower!
Bobcat is a Korean company, owned by Doosan Heavy Industries in South Korea. Ingersoll Rand sold Bobcat in 2007
When my twenty year old Scag Tiger Cub quits, I may get a new mower, if I live long enough.
We mow two very large fields and relatively steep dam. Several years ago my dad tested multiple zero turns and ended up woth a commercial Cub Cadet. They do them with steering wheels, so thr front casters steer versus floating. He added a second mower, the dual rear wheel 972. Both have beeb great machines. Not affiliated, but woukd encoursge adding these to your list of test drives.
Came over from Doss Farms. Thank you helping them out. It looks great!

Brock, great video. That is a very nice lawn mower.
Very nice of bobcat to come on the channel and show us some of these features.
This mower looks very nice. I wouldn’t have ever thought of looking at them before this video!
@@oakiewoodsman I agree. I will defiantly be checking them out on my next mower purchase

Hello! From Doss Farms!! You are going to be fun to watch. Thanks for helping Chad & Rae. God bless you & yours 🙏🙏
Thanks for making an informative and fun video 🙂
Nice! Just just fyi, Scag Cheetah 2 has two speeds. Does 16mph. I found the Bobcat’s a little too aggressive on the hydros when I tested one. Something was out of adjustment probably.
Hey Brock! Came over from Doss Farms and Subscribed, cause I love to watch big machinery in action, I can tell you are a Good person by helping others which helps you make videos too, win for everybody! Bless you! ❤❤❤

Wow. Impressive machine.
That mower has some really nice features!
Wow I just noticed how many people are here from Doss farm's channel. Awesome
Hello, Doss Farms fan here. Thanks for all you do.
I have an 02 bobcat and its still running strong with over 600 hours.
Don't want to sound negative with this comment, but I bought one 2021 and sold it in 2021. Won't EVER BUY another Bobcat. It was junk, and Bobcat, Kawasaki, and the dealer did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP ME. I ended up taking it to another dealer outside of my home county where I bought it from to get it fixed, and that dealer actually found someone to buy it. Engine, rings were not set, the govern had to be replaced, the drive belt broke, the drive pulley looked like someone tried to eat it for lunch, the hour meter stopped working, and the decals started peeling off, oh and during mowing a customer yard it cut off just like I turned it off by the ignition and would not crank again had to tow it. And all of this occurred before 100 hours on the machine. NO BOBCAT FOR ME!! When I say absolutely nothing to help me stated above, means Dealer said I needed to call Bobcat, Bobcat said I needed to call Kawasaki, and we all know what that did. But I don't see where the consumer should have to call anyone, especially when you went through a dealer that sells the equipment. Sorry, but I won't ever buy Bobcat anything!
Hello from Doss farms thank you for helping them
Coming over from Doss farms thank you for helping them out
Bobcat makes a great mower for sure. For the private homeowner though it's prohibitively expensive, but for a lawncare business it's great.
Got one with over 1200 hrs. I had a few problems with it, but after working out all the kinks it’s actually been a great mower. It’s tough and the air fx deck cuts well. I’m not a fan of the warranty though. Exmark is my top choice as a landscaper. I also have a new lazer z x series with tractus flat free tires. Love it.
Nice video man, seems like a fun day! One critique, you should look into K turns for zero turns, will help with ruts
I’ve never rode one of those lawnmower types of lawnmower. I’ve rode a bobcat. It looks like it’s been about the same thing in your hands up down side. I don’t know I can’t tell but my brother he just bought him one. I don’t know what kind it is I loved one of those lawnmowers, I have a half an acre land is have a creek runs through my land cause you can turn in a dime. I found your channel. This is awesome. I say awesome a lot because I think it’s awesome. These equipments I know I never afford it can’t afford them, but worked in construction a lot of years too, and I’ve use some of them that’s been along, long long time
show us the deck underneath and the blades....and some specs of blade tip speed etc.
I just bought a Stihl R972i, Fuel
injected, 72” deck, 40hp vanguard engine, USB charger, twin-tanks (11 gallon capacity), with trick suspension at each corner. Same adjustable seat according to weight. $20K, and you get what you pay for. It comes out of the legendary Ferris factory, which Stihl is in the process of buying also.
Wow. 20k seems very steep. I got a scag cheetah 2 72inch 38.5 fuel injected kawasaki for $14,300.00
That is actually a Ferris
I work for a commercial mowing business that ran Ferris exclusively. Great ride but durability is suspect. Good luck with factory support on parts, availability is terrible.
@@rickgilles9009 the ride for me is the deal breaker. I could not take the jarring and literal wheelstands over bumps with my $14K eXMark. Sold it and got a Ferris. Like night and day. Ferris was less than $10k.
Looks like a beast!
Thank you from Dosss farms..
Hey Brock. Just watched the video where you went to help Chad. Subscribed and will now be watching you. Really appreciate your helping Chad and his family. They have had some hard times plus some people who have not kept up their end of the deal. Even though I'm a woman I love watching equipment and at 74 I work on my push mower, have lots of different saws(table, compound miter, etc) so I make things and can do some Electrical and Plumbing. Love those things better than housework😂. Thanks again and I'll be watching thanks to Chad!
Nice mower , Brock . It a good job in the hay field .
Ty frim doss farms
Chad Doss sent me.over. thanks for helping him!!
I retired my 28 year old Snapper Pro 52” last year…..bought the Bobcat ZT6052 had it exactly 1 year today…..I didn’t know cutting grass was so easy!
Doss farms sent me, thank you for helping Chad😊
Doss farms sent me
that was fast 😂 😂
Hi m8 Mike here from New Zealand 🇳🇿 just came over from Doss farm's... Thanks for your kindness.
Fun fun fun I need one
Howdy Brock! Really sharp looking mower. Looks like a really nice cut on the yard. Yeah left some stubble on the deep stuff but still... even with the one pass it wasn't bad. Nicely done and thanks for sharing 🤠
Would do better if people didn't try to drive them as fast as they'll go when cutting....there's no need to have a mower that goes 13mph, it'll leave a pretty low quality cut LOL. It wouldn't do much in my yard at all, it would miss more than it would cut if you tried going 13mph over it LOL.
🤣 I’d take that shit to work..!!😎
I'm near CLT Bobcat, but credit is ehhh. So sticking with my Husqvarna 48 MZT
Hello Brock. I heard about you from Doss farm. The mower is really impressive.
I have a landscaping division of my business and i will definitely be checking these out when it comes time to replace equipment. Didn't know they made their own or that they bought Steiner.
Looks like a very nice mower. I dream of a 72” cut/deck
If you have a huge yard with wide open spaces and no narrow gates, a deck that size would certainly be great. I have a 60" mid mount mower deck for my tractor, and well, its a PITA since I have to remove it before I can put the tractor back in the shop as the entryway isn't wide enough LOL.
@@wildbill23c Oh boy... that does sound like a pain! I enjoy my 60" zero turn (72" would be better!)... I mow about 10-12 acres. but I dream of a 12-15' batwing to get it done in 1-2 hours rather than the 8-10 it takes me! No tiny gates for us!!
Chad from Doss Farm would love to drive this mower!!😮
Hi Brock, I came over to say hello. I come from Chad Doss. Thank you so much for your help over there.
Seems like a nice mower. Two things come to mind: what’s the weight of the unit? If a person is mowing high end homes, some of the heavier mowers leave ruts from the weight. And two, how is the deck quality? Those wear out a lot faster than they should on some mower brands.
Hello. Found you from Doss Farms.
Hello, I am just a city girl, I have come over from Chad Doss, Thank you for helping him out with your what I call the “Tree Reaper”
Came over from Doss
That's a pretty nice mower it's just like my super Z I got 2 years ago. I was watching close to see if those tires dug up the yard any worse than my big bites do but they almost look like they do tear up the corners also which is my only gripe about the Hustler Wheels. The super Z goes 14mph it would be kind of slick to have a second gear for transport mode. Very comparable same exact motor I bet you too 35 horse.
look up the spring cash rebates for KIOTI for ur vidja series
Scag Cheeta has has the 2 speed transmission for a long time. They got that idea from them
The thing I really want for my ZTR is a laser or something that makes it so I can use the full width better. I'm either overlapping too much and wasting time or I am leaving tiny one inch strips of uncut grass. I really want a way to look forward and know I am optimizing my cuts since I have an electric ZTR.
I just replaced my 1999 exmark lazer z with a brand new scag patriot 71. Nice smooth ride, much quicker and my back feels much better. The old exmark had zero suspension.
I looked at zero turn mowers but in the end they didn't check all the boxes for my needs (wanted one machine for lawn maintenance and snow removal with the option for a heated cab; ended up with a JDx730). Having said that if I was looking to buy a zero turn I would definitely look at this mower. HydroGear 5400 transmissions are huge ( I don't remember to many mowers running transmissions that are that robust; I could be wrong though - it's been at least a year since I have looked at zero turns). The engine guard easily opening up, a travel speed of 19mph, bolt on castors....this looks like a great machine for sure.
Grasshopper runs 5400 drives on their mid grade and compact commercial units. Their 400 and 900 series are even bigger...
Would love to have that mower but $13,000 is totally out of my league. Kind of like the Lamborgini I saw on I-94 this morning. $450,000 dollars but when he hit that pedal hard I wished I was sitting in that car. First one I have ever seen on the street. WOW! There are things in this world I can appreciate but can never afford unless I win the lottery
You should move to South Florida. Those things are a dime a dozen down here! Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsche, Bentleys, Maybachs, BMWs. You name it, they’re all down here all over the place. And they get my attention every time!
Just subscribed from Doss Farms!
Not a fan of those Kawasaki engines, I’ve had two of them, they don’t break down, but they lack power and torque. I have a fuel injected Briggs right now and I’m very happy with it, mine is on a Ferris, which in my opinion is a superior mower compared to most of the others, this one included. It cuts exceptionally well, and is very comfortable, the suspension is second to none. And working on it for maintenance is very easy. Just my opinion.
I like the looks of those. Need to find a dealer in my area. How difficult is it to service the blades?
Hello from Doss farm
Scag cheetah also has a 2 speed transmission. I have a scag cheetah 2 72 inch and it looks to be very comparable to the bobcat 72.
Review a ferris with the suspension, awesome
It is a great system
Hi came over from doss farms
I believe Pete at GCI Turf had a Bobcat in his top 5 of stand on zero turn mowers.
American company👍
Is the ride similar to top models of Ferris zero turn?
13 grand is a reasonable price. How is their warranty?
from Doss Farms good review to the point will be watching for more from hilly hillbilly state.
