is that mean raiden-dendro-sucrose-yae/kazuha is a good comp? because its base of EM how the damage calculated? (it can crit too) did i need em, er, and crit only? atk didn needed right?
i just saw this video and it took me back to being an early AR player man, good memories. i remember watching your videos so i could learn how to be better. thanks for the teachings.
Okay hear me out. I've understand the hyperbloom and bloom reaction that it doesn't need CD/CR for damage. It need a lot of EM. But I'm confused about Aggravate. I mean does aggravate damage is based on EM or CD/CR?
I swear Hoyo went out of their way to make this whole Dendro system seem way more complicated than it actually is. And seriously why did they cut Cryo out of the fun? Sure Cryo has always been good and didn't really need a buff, but the same could be said for literally every element not named Geo.
@@LotusKitty The Dendro + Pyro reaction sucked anyways, so it didn't matter much. As for Cryo, even irl it would just freeze Dendro, so it doesn't do much compared to the other reactions.
I've always knew shinobu is made to be use in dendro reaction team! Dendro reactions are very fun to use but it will take a while to actually remember them. I guess I'll just spam random things for now lol
I see this vid and honestly, everything goes in one ear and out the other. I have Raiden, Nahida, Kokomi, and KLEE. The combo is spamming whatever button is shiny, and watching the shiny numbers blossom. It is beautiful.
Since cryo and dendro dont interact, you can apply both that remain active and then use pyro for a melt+burn reaction (both based on the EM of the pyro character so better use a good pyro reactor)
Best explanation of dendro reactions as a whole! And it was only 4 min long! All the other videos that are 20-25 min are so long winded and circularly talked. They say so many things without explaining them. We can always count on Jay to give us the goods.
Can we just talk about his editing and his video style, it reminds me so much of the tf2 youtubers explaining new weapon and gameplay back in 2014-2015.
@@Azaleaaah True but Nuking in general is just a way to show off rather than actually be viable/consistent. The reason why quicken have different names for electro and fendro damage is because spread has different multipliers than aggrevate and the damage only gets boosted when electro or dendro is applied following icd (that's why fischl became so broken this patch)

This was really simple but a bit to short. I'm going to watch it as much as possible to memorize all these unwanted terms. I just figured the main reactions out a few months ago and I've been playing since day one.
My primordial brain was still with a mindset of "element plus element, things go bang" And it doesn't care how big the numbers are. I am playing genshin, not elden ring.
so basically use electro + dendro with no hydro/pyro. OR Hydro/dendro with no electro/pyro. And don't use pyro because it doesn't work with the other elements + dendro
My guy I owe you my life I am so bad at these elemental reactions. Now I just have to figure out how to build a Hyperbloom team with Barbara as the only Hydro unit I possess.
You don't really have to worry about having a "slow" applier. electro and hydro can exist together so it won't really mess up your bloom. Tho it's true that if your hydro application is a bit slow you would be applying both aggravate and hyperbloom , but I don't see how this is much of a problem. As for burgeon, pyro typically won't remove hydro with just one hit . Dendro and pyro can also exists together, so even if hydro disappears, that means the target is going to have a dendro/ dendro+pyro aura next and your subsequent hydro hit will cause bloom. Another thing to note is that for burgeon and hyperbloom , it's always electro/pyro that will be the trigger, so you might want to put some EM on your electro/pyro. As for quicken, the "slower" aura will trigger quicken, but the "faster" aura will trigger spread/aggravate. My impression is it seems like this reaction is sided and it's more likely that electro will be the trigger so aggravate should happen more frequently (considering spread has a higher multiplier this is evident to begin with).
