I know this is an older video, but I wanted to let you know I really appreciate your guides. You are a logical calm voice in a sea of overly eccentric creators and their overly stimulating videos. I like your logical systematic approach to your guides. Keep it up!
I wish you were more people knew about you. You explain Genshin mechanics so well my 9yr old would be able to understand. You're awesome. By far my favorite UA-camr when I need something explained. I actually just started using a bloom team today and realized just how much damage I was missing out on
No he doesn’t. He makes things confusing and he also five minutes for a presenter misinformed. I don’t think intentionally but first of all when he stated that time it was a transformative reaction because it mattered what order they happened and that’s not true. It’s a transformative reaction because it’s based on the bus to it is based on your elemental mastery and your level versus your credit or your attack stats.
I havent played Genshin since launch. Decided to download it again thanks to max0r.. this channels guides are the only thing that kept my engagement going because i wouldve been lost af without em
Great video once again! Personally I've been having lots of fun with quicken, mainly because I can make great use of my keqing again! It's amazing that it is so simple to use, no need to worry about the order of application and not much stress in reapplying the quicken status.
This helped me so much! I just got back before 4.7 ended and stopped playing before Sumeru. I didn't really think about learning the new dendro reactions but I finally want a Dendro dps which is Kinich. With less than 2 weeks left until his banner, was so happy to see you made this as my fave content creator cause it was so easy to understand.
I’ve been trying some burgeon teams with electro characters which let you use electro charged and quicken to get more blooms and less burning. Also great video! Super informative
I've really been enjoying running burgeon comps: dendro MC, Xiangling for 2 forms of off-field pyro application, and Barbara, since she's all I have for hydro, but I imagine Kokomi would be cracked in that role. It works out nicely since dendro MC's ult wants the hydro application anyway, and you still have a slot for whoever else you want on the team Great vid, another very well-explained guide
One thing to not is that Xiangling applies pyro with every tick of Pyronado, so it's pretty tough to create a bloom in time before pyronado comes swinging back around again and messing up the element applications :/ but it's possible!
My favorite Dendro teams have been Hyperbloom with Kuki Shinobu. I already have a full EM set on her for Overload and it ended up working really well for Dendro. For the most part I use with her Ayato, Dendro Traveler, and a flex. I’ve also tried out that same team but with Burgeon and Thoma instead, but I’d need new artifacts for Thoma to make it work well. I can’t give him Shinobu’s because hers don’t have much ER since she didn’t need any.
I'm glad I got Alhaitham, he carried me from ar27 to ar47. What's funny is that 3 of my other characters gives heal and dmg boost to my Alhaitham (although Xingqiu only heals a little for 1 time) also I'm glad I got Kuki cause she works well with Alhaitham. My goal rn after losing Yelan to Tighnari is to build a 2nd team for the abyss and was wondering if I should continue with my old team as Kaeya and Xiangling as the DPS or make a new dendro team with Tighnari so that he won't go to waste(since I have Fischl build already from my prev team). My current team is DPS: Alhaitham (Gilded [Em=Cr/Cd]) Sub DPS: Xingqiu (Noblesse [Em>Er]) Sub DPS/healer: Kuki (Gilded [Em]) Healer/Dendro Battery: Yaoyao (Deepwood [Hp])
Great informative video, but I'd like to point up that not all Dendro reactions are transformative reactions. Transformative reactions deal damage on their own, scale with level, scale with elemental mastery, ignore DEF, and cannot crit anything else. Catalyze reaction, on the other hand, is a Dendro reaction that contradicts this classification in that it does not deal its own damage, can crit, and is affected by def, yet scales with level, giving it its own category termed additive reaction. It functions similarly to amplifying reactions such as Melt or Vaporize, but unlike amplifying reactions, it provides flat base bonus damage (similarly to Shenhe's Icy Quill), which is afterwards factored into additional factors such as DMG Bonuses, etc.
I’m really hoping they’ll release a pyro character that excels in making Burgeon more usable and strong. It seems like Nilou’s up first with just plain old bloom, and Cyno for Hyperbloom.
I want to fit a second dendro unit in my comp but I want it to be shield or healing. Maybe the new dendro archon will do this. For now it’s zhongli or Jean
Thanks for the guide! So if Kuki's ability triggers the bloom but she's off field, does it use her EM or the on field character? I can't find a clear answer anywhere lol
This information and I am a noob in and I’m pretty sure that that was a missinformation every elemental reaction no matter how simple or complex is based on who treasures it transformative only means that it’s based on level and elemental mastery versus cribs or attacks but it’s still whoever triggers that in every day so if you apply water and I apply Pyro second, the resulting reaction is going to be based on me not on you regardless of whether it’s transformative or not transformative just determines stats it is based on
What if a character's off-field application triggers a bloom reaction? Would it take their elemental mastery and therefore interfere with the reaction's damage?
You just described an elemental reaction correctly but you’re still confusing the issue of it being transformative or not doesn’t matter who triggers that it only matters what type of reaction it is which element Brinston swirl every swirl reaction no matter what you’re a squirrel it’s transformative, which is why does the very best for my mirror is the best sad I’m more of a traveler, or anybody with wind, because any reaction you follow up on whether it’s a single element or a elemental reaction that you caused you’re going to call squirrel swirl being transformative will depend on elemental, mastery and level versus attack or credit or any other staff. That’s what makes it transformative

Yay! I've been wanting to ask you for this dendro guide, since you're probably the only one who can explain very clearly than others lol
I havent played Genshin since launch. Decided to download it again thanks to max0r.. this channels guides are the only thing that kept my engagement going because i wouldve been lost af without em
That's awesome to hear, I'm really glad these helped you get back into the game! Max0r's genshin videos are legendary lol
Great video once again!

Such a criminally underrated channel 😢 really sad I had to go through so much low quality clickbait to find you.
Great guide. You dedication to precise analytics while making it digestible for noobs is great
I’m new to the game and these videos really help!! You’re really funny and I like watching your videos during my lunch break! Makes my day!

Would love to understand how em multipliers work with spread and aggravate. Great video

The cracked burning reaction characters are here in 22-11-24 Kinich and Emily
After 2 years .. Emilie and kinich are here .... And burning gives massive buffs to kinich teams
I’m dying at that intro lol

I’d love that too, burgeon is a really cool reaction, just a bit tough to actually make work atm
I want to fit a second dendro unit in my comp but I want it to be shield or healing. Maybe the new dendro archon will do this. For now it’s zhongli or Jean
now I get it
Thanks for the guide! So if Kuki's ability triggers the bloom but she's off field, does it use her EM or the on field character? I can't find a clear answer anywhere lol
Uses her EM! She is the one causing the reaction, on field or not :)
