Great review. I really like the gameplay in Food Chain Island. That looks like a winner.

Onirim is still my favorite. The expansions change it up just enough to keep interesting. Plus, it has an app that plays well.

Great rundown. I just got my first few button shy games and they’re great. I highly recommend Rove for solo! I’ll have to check these two ones out!

I have hundreds of board games and puzzlers but I have never seen any of these pocket games in the UK 😕
Love playing solo so these would add to my collection and have fun when travelling.
    Kind regards.

Button shy games now has a UK distributor. Some of these games are now available on there website. Saves you having to import them for quite a price.

It was nice to hear that you loved the puzzles and choosing what you wanted to do when you were growing up. Did you read Martin Gardner's books while growing up? (yes, I read them a lot while I was growing up... they are all great books ... just go to Amazon and search for "Martin Gardner Puzzles" to see the books I am referring to)

That shelf back there looks like it's about to break under all that weight. I'll take Nations off your hands to help out. :)

Hi! If you like FCI you might like “13” and “Harvesting 12”, both small puzzle card games and both published some time ago. Great video!

Great video! Food Chain Island looks super cool. Not so sure about the Ugly Gryphon Inn though as it seems like a lot of information to process and keep track.
Right now, my favorite solo game is Palm Island which I can play on my commute to work, even when just waiting at the bus station. It's so cleverly designed.

This was a great time! Any more of those Wallet sized games you can tell us about? Do you have a master list of the ones you like? Thanks for sharing all this with us. You are a fountain of information Kim! I am probably going to get both of these. Do you have tips for the Game of the Month that their website refers to?

My copy only came with 2 water animals

You get 2 water animals in the base game. I got the mini-expansion that gave me choice/flexibility with more water creatures. I showed that in my video without thinking about the core components!
