Both me and my dad has completed the story mission but we still can't see each others servers? How do you start multiplayer mode? Playing on PC. :) I play via steam and he plays via epic games
Now I'm not 100% sure. But most games require the same update version, and the same console version. So you'd likely only be able to see each other's staff if you both played on epic or steam,etc. I'm not sure if crossplay works on way of the hunter

I really don't know. We haven't played this game since it came out unfortunately. I'd really like to help, but I just don't remember. To the best of my ability I remember it autosaving
@@ronbosgra8230 ya know I'm surprised they didn't have it in there. The game was so nice and intricately crafted it seemed odd to not have those as tutorials
I'm pretty sure that they would have to unlock as well. I think multiplayer is "hidden behind the tutorial" missions so that randoms don't just jump in lobbies and go scaring off what folks are hunting.
My brother and I tried the multiplayer mode and it was all kinds of broken. I kept getting stuck in different structures, could not get back in the Jeep after exiting it, random repeated jumping from the player who didnt create the server etc. Needs a patch badly
Oh dang, my wife and I tried it briefly but didn't experience any bugs (Xbox Series X) I hope it gets fixed soon We didn't play multiplayer ATM because it's aimless with no missions
I have NAT Type 3 (because I can only Play via Phone Hotspot) and my friend NAT Type 2. Problem is in Most Games that you cant Play with nat Type 3, do You Know If thats any different with way of the Hunter?
Roughly 30 minutes to an hour because we thought that the deer HAD to be within 100m (the Remington gun you buy can shoot VERY reliably up to 150m and very good still at 200m)
I think we will have to play the games single player story to unlock new areas, but it's not 100% confirmed yet. I think this games flow will be Single Player story completion to unlock the whole game, and then multiplayer to grind trophies, etc. But at this point it's just a hunch

At first multiplayer was greyed out until we beat a specific story mission, so this could be a case of the game wanting us to complete the story first, and then having objectives in multiplayer, but when we did run multiplayer the objectives and email sections we're greyed out (email gives quests in single player)
@@onekilogaming7721 yea I think the main point ATM is to complete story, and MAYBE it will unlock "endgame" check out the perks as well. Unlockable passive buffs that you earn from hunting achievements. I'm not 15% sneakier when I crouch walk for crouch walking a total of 5km

More than likely, complete that first deer hunt mission and let us know! I haven't tried selecting territory yet, but it is an option I can select. So I'm sure this is what you need to do in order to do ot
@@DesignatedDrinker12 I will say, it's much better today than it was in EA. Even has a giant glowing spot for some of the pheasants we tracked. Not AS easy as Hunter Call of the Wild. But definitely not that bad once we got the hang of it
@@DesignatedDrinker12 yea each time I play I'm learning new things. Been frustrating to find the target animal, but checking the encyclopedia for the animals habits according to time is one useful thing I learned. Tells ya where to go on the map to start looking for them

I do know that you have to buy other licenses so I'm assuming these other licenses will unlock new areas/things to track and hunt

We really want coop missions. Even if it's the same BS quests on random rotation. Maybe endgame is a thing once you complete story tho, I hope lmao

How the heck u invite your friends tho there’s nothing there and there’s no dang videos explaining how too
All I know is both players have to complete the "tutorial" and then you can invite thru steam, Xbox, etc
@@MarriedFTWI got new one I invited my friend but it won’t let him join or see my server when my server is not private
