I make it regularly with sprouted ragi/jowar/bajra, multi millet flour and urad dal, methi on a 2:1 ratio. 2 cups flour to 1 cup urad. You can use the same ratio for all millet flours. Since the flour is readymade, you only need to grind the urad dal.
Make idlis the first day and dosas the next day. Can serve as breakfast/dinner.
