Kunal, I noticed that you don’t burn many things in your kitchen/videos while cooking, unlike a few other chefs. Just by the look and colour of the dishes you cook in your videos, I feel that it’s handled with care and cooked to perfection. Great Job! Wish I get to try your food for real one day!

You can soak urad dal for four hours & grind it mix it with ragi atta, keep it overnight & make dosa in the morning . Since Urad dal is high in protein, its good for health.

I would like to share a chutney recipe from Kerala, Allepey district. Take 11 madrasi onion, pierce it through a skewer and roast it on open flame. Do the same with red chilli 11 or less according to your taste. Let it cool, then add fresh kadipatha 13 to 14 , salt and grind to a paste. Heat a tadka kadai with coconut oil and pour it over the paste. You can store this chutney in the fridge.

I made this ragi dosa recipe in my kitchen without sooji and curd....and its crunchy as well becoz I make the batter thinner 1:1.5 proportion of flour and water. Very healthy and amazing recipe is this.

Its nice recipe especially the ginger chutney is unique. Its true there are so many varieties of chutneys in South India, other than the well known coconut chutney. Just a small complaint.. there is lot of oil used. 🙏

I substitute Teff flour with Ragi flour to make Ethiopian Injera. Please share Ethiopian recipes including Misir Wot. Injera & red lentil stew are my favourite! I cannot find Indian chefs cooking Ethiopian cuisine which is close to the Indian palate. Besides I am Telugu and love Allam pacchadi
