Thanks for watching guys👍 Let me know if you have any questions. Also I have added some links to "some" of the equipment and supplies I use that are obtainable from Amazon. I will keep updating the list as I try new things. Not all the equipment I use is available on amazon but I will do my best to link you guys with new equipment and supplies as time goes on. Thanks again everyone for watching!! You guys and gals are amazing!! 🤘
Thanks so much this helped alot!! I kinda had it correct but not fully! I couldn't find this video cause I seen it awhile back.. Then while cleaning out my library I came across it (I did after all save it) And just started practicing again yesterday! Keep up the vids coming man! 💪🏼🤘🏼
Thank you SO MUCH for your videos!! So helpful, no ego, fun and informative :) I have a somewhat related question - I have the Cheyenne hawk pen, and so far used only the cheyenne cartridges, but they're quite hard to find where I live. I was wondering if the Advance and/or Kwadron cartridges will also work with it? Specifically liners, more specifically single needle :) Sorry for the noob question and thanks in advance!
@@ArtSomething thank you! I've been using a coil tatoo machine (i dont know if I'm saying it well) for few years and... The hawk pen is like a fking lamborghini 😂😂❤️
Very useful video! 👍 Can I ask a question here? My hawk pen has a loosened cap near the cable connection which I can twist it and open it, do u have any idea how to make it solid that couldn't move at all? Thank you so much! 💖🙏
Thank you for making these videos! I'm eating them up. What do you think about buying used machines? I saw a bishop wand liner go for $500 on OfferUp. Also looking around Ebay for a pen.
I think there is nothing wrong with buying used as long as you your getting what they say your getting. Watch out for knock offs. But if you getting a good machine discounted because its used and in good shape then I would say go for it. THanks for the question Cassia and thank you for the support!! Keep Rocking!! 🤘🤘🤘
hi. I'm always watching your videos.may I ask if what power supply do you use in your Cheyenne hawk machine. I have one but I don't have the power supply. can you suggest something? thank you in advance :)
Thank for your videos!! I have a question: How do you storage the remain of the wrapper tape? I using a sealed bag (that is using for food), It's a good idea?
I have been doing this for a little more then 2 years. The last year has been the best as I feel like im actually getting to where I wanted to be. But I have taken my time and let journey guid me. I still want to rush into crazier things but I am sorta letting myself get there at a natural pace. And I am still learning shading myself as I think we never stop learning and trying to improve. Thanks again Nina keep working hard and never stop dreaming!!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
The problem with these pen machines is if you touch top of cartridge get ink on it by accident it will go inside of the pen. However long as you are careful it's ok. I'm liking the look of good guys pen which solves this problem by using completely disposable grips for there pen. However it's pricey to keep buying grips the only drawback.
I agree however the nice part is that a good needle cart will have a good membrane in it to prevent the flow of ink from going up the cart and into the machine. I do agree having a disposable or autoclave-able grip is always the way to go if you can. However wrapping your machine properly is really important. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel, its always appreciated. 🤘
@@ArtSomething Yeah everyone seems p use t tech but they have no membrane how is that safe. I mean like if you accidently got some ink onto the part of the cart what goes into the hole of the machine. Long as you are careful it's fine. No problem bro.
@@hifi8844 Hi! I just bought this pen from my old mentor. The owner of my new shop uses t tech and recommended them, but she doesn't have a cheyenne. Will it fuck up my cheyenne pen though? I am super ocd with my set up so I wont get ink on the back end of the cartridge & they are such a better price!
@@MsNodzilla it has no membrane ttech so it can go back into the machine the ink yeah if not careful and tilt it too much at angle best use a different brand. That what i don't get though like say if you use ttech and had a bit of back spill into machine it must of happened to many artists around world does that mean buy a new machine? Even if say a little water or tiny ink had went into machine because ttech has no membrane? Makes no sense because new machines ain't cheap. They must just spray and continue to use.
@@hifi8844 Hey, The NEW Ttechs have membranes and people do really like those. Gen 2s. but $25 shipping, I need to make a big order for it to be worth it and I'm not ready to do that yet, still testing different brands :) I've done a lot of review reading. I am trying Peak Quartz , and gonna check out Atlas as well. Thanks for this wrap video, I'm also gonna screw around with finger cots and see what i can do with those.
Helped me for sure. Thanks man!! Great content for beginners like myself

is there any specific rule for choosing 21 mm grip or 25 mm ? how do we choose the right size?
No rule really whatever size you think you will like most. And thank you for watching!!🤘🤘
Hi Dave!
Did you put out the video where you changed the plug from DC to RCA?
I was wondering where you ordered your plug from.
Thanks a lot! It really helps :)
Glad to hear that Laura and your welcome!! 🤘🤘
@art something Do you have a link to where I can get a rca connection for the hawk pen?
@art-something do you have a link or something we’re I can get my hawk pen converted to a rca connection?
It definitely just helped me
Thanks man!!!
No problem!👍
I have the Cheyenne hawk thunder, how do I wrap that using a conventional clip cord cover? Thanks in advance man!
That is a different set up. You may need to bag your machine in a different manner.
How much voltage should I use
i more and more am starting to want to get a pen tattoo machine xD
They are pretty convenient and comfortable to use when working. Thanks again Kelpi appreciate the support!! 🤘🤘

What about the other tattoo machine?
Do you lubricate sol nova too??
As I'm watching this I realize I could've bought myself the pen that owns my name😂
do you have to have barrier film?
No you dont have to have or use the barrier film. I will make another vid showing another way to wrap your machines without using barrier film.
whats the name of the transparent tape again? :)
Barrier film
Thanks man
No problem. Thanks for watching! 🤘
What kind of Cheyenne pen are you using?
This machine is the Cheyenne Hawk Pen. 👍👍
