    I’ve considered this type of setup, but I’m not into the barrier gap between the grip and the body. I’ll try a variation using part of the clip cord sleeve instead of barrier film so that it’s a tube within a tube. Sorta like a corn dog made of plastic sheeting.

      There is no gap because the clipcordsleeve goes down further than the grip goes up, also you wont be able to turn the needle size if you use clipcord sleeve on the grip because you will twist the plastic since its not sticked together

    I’ve did mine Almost the same way ( I just got it today!!) I just used more barrier tape to cover the battery, but I like your slit and pull over technique. I think this is a wicked proficient way to bag up. So happy to be cordless finally.
    As for stencil stuff, in my experience, and I’ve only tried maybe 4-5 brands over the years I’ve come to like Niko’s anchored, I like the one that feels like gel over the one that’s more soapy or thin. The gel seems to allow me use less and it sticks better. If you can handle the smell; detol is always a solid way to hold stencils down. But my co workers never like it😂

    One of my biggest problems recently has been trying to twist my grip to change the needle depth while the machine has already been bagged, so I'll have to give something like this a shot. I've been using two bags for power supplies, one around the bulk of the pen with the bag folded in two (since they're basically as wide as they are long), and then another on place over top of the battery and taped around the bag on the bottom, and it works well, but turning the grip is almost impossible. I have clip cord bags that I haven't been using since switching to a battery, so I'll give this a shot

    I do almost the same only i use another machine sleeve (the smaller jet black brand or similar) and take the last 2"s of it and fold up and over and tape down the wrap with sports wrap, to were you'd still have to make a hole at the bottem where the cartridge goes.
    If you have a valhalla and have or know of a good way to wrap and still make adjustments id love to know or if anyone reading has a good way of doing it im all ears. Its probably the hardest machine to wrap and still be able to adjust needle depth and stroke length, it to the point I dont even enjoy using the machine that with batteries

    • @JohnDoe-cq3ii
      @JohnDoe-cq3ii 3 роки тому +1

      Unfortunately rubbing alchol isn't enough to be completely sanitary. A autoclave is the only sure way to get all the ink, blood and possible nasty viruses out of metal tubes and tips. Autoclaves are stupid expensive and a bit annoying to use thats why most people love needle cartridges.
      Use needle cartridges and clean the rest with medecide wipes and spray or something like it and it will save you a lot of time and headaches.

    I’ve got an fk irons exo and I can’t find a clip cord sleeve to fit it in the uk, I’ve seen people using sandwich bags but that just doesn’t seem sanitary to me

    Bro please help me with my magline problem...needless aren't the issue...I can't get smooth shading on real skin...fake skin is fine...but on real skin...when I shade it comes out as thin lines...please help! Anyone! Love ya bro

      It can be hard to answer this question without seeing some things and truly understanding what your doing. But if your looking to not have the mag marks in your shading then I would say try using a needle that is .30 as they will make less of a line due to the needles being a bit smaller in diameter. There are also smaller needles at .25 diameter, and these will make even less mag marks on the skin. However you need to be carful using smaller diameter needles as well. But without knowing exactly whats going on this would be my suggestion for you. It may not help but I thought I would try to give my best suggestions.

    How you unwrapped the pen without touching it with avoiding cross contamination?.. cuz every one make videos how to wrapped but unwrapped I think it's even more important that wrapping... using plastic bags it's way more easier than those tight cable covers or go for disposable grips.. that's the best..have a good day
