No , it's not, Memento get top 4 in one of the competitions in ocg . It is also missing sheep and conqueror. I injected. I was surprised why Konmai did not release the deck completely. Because every card in Memento is important. I tested the deck a lot. Without a doubt, it will have a wonderful future. also it's so fun with best art work i ever seen in any archetype
If you don't believe me, the man responsible for the idea of Memento has taken full powers from Konami. He can make any card he wants and is currently cooking for something big with normal monsters, so don't be surprised if this deck becomes Tire 1 or 0 in the future. 😎 So the joke's on you
