GOTC 12 My Promise to Self - EQUALITY CODE.

Our gathering today was deep, gentle and lots of laugh at the end. We did a play as persona of retailer and customer. How do we balance our energy with the day-to-day different emotional customers and the demanding of them how you can neutralise them but looking/seeing and the expression of them. Each expression and each word they use are the clue of their needs. It was the first time we play this, and we really had lots of fun!
We also touched on the social equality and how do we use, open, observe our own eyes in the equal mind - eye, heart - eye and womb - eye. These eyes form the coherence of equality within and that is how we see them as our equal. From this space our physical body and nervous system have the balance homeostasis.
The physical body is a manifestation of the inner spiritual and energetic life force. Feel DEEP into your body. All that outwardly manifests in your life experience has a Blueprint at the energetic levels of the body controlling those functions. Therefore it makes sense to restore balance to the energies of the body in order to restore the balanced function of the whole body system.
The human body, both physically and energetically, manifests health and well- being when a balance of life force energy is maintained. The human body is naturally self-healing when homeostasis is achieved within the bodies regulating mechanisms, or when a balanced flow of energies can circulate throughout all inner body systems.
When we understand our body and identity as multidimensional we will need to address all inner, outer and in-between spaces (multidimensionality) of our biology and its spiritual energetic processes in order to regain personal freedom.
This knowing is so profound.
We learnt so much from each other in a safe, deep heart opening to each other.
It is truly many nuggets in here for you to pick on and everyone wrote lots of notes at the same time (LOL).
