A college senior! Scheduling all my work and classes out on paper has always been very helpful for me. Getting rest, and eating good food is also very important. Taking study breaks and going for a walk or just moving around every 1-2 hours is also something I recommend. Good luck with your first year and the rest of your schooling!

Michelle, I struggled with nail biting for 13 years. The way I broke my habit was actually giving it up for Lent. It didn't cure it, but it helped me to start growing out my nails and once I started see that it helped. :) I too though tried close to everything to stop!

Wife Swap used to be so goooddd. There was always the weirdest drama. I remember one episode, this wife and her family lived off the grid and she used to stand facing the sun with her mouth open "eating" it instead of breakfast, and the wife that swapped with her was pissedddd because she obviously had to do it, too lol 😂
I watched Wife Swap, and I loved it! Seeing how different couples do things, it was awesome- and it almost always ended with the couples being more grateful for their spouse, and making improvements

Im a chronic nail biter as well and stick on nails (good quality ones) have helped so much! And saves money so you don't have to get your nails done every two weeks to cover your nails while they grow. Seriously being consistent with that was what finally made me stop after 21 years!!

I actually made my one of my New Years resolutions to stop biting my nails and so far so good! My advice would be to attempt to become conscious that you’re doing it! I haven’t quite found the reasons why I did it but becoming conscious of it has really helped! I also purchased Sally beauty Miracle growth nail polish. You put this on every day or every other and it helps to strengthen them and you really notice a difference after about a week. I will say, it is definitely a process. It has been about a month for me and I definitely see serious progress but will probably be another month before they’re exactly where I want them

I know you don’t show everything her but since you moved to Dallas it seams as if you don’t go outside much, you apartment, car and inside gym. Walking outside for minimum 30 minutes a day does wonders for your health. Keeps down stress levels, helps with mental health, skin and much more. Also, the kind of acne you got helps a lot if you change your pillowcase every day, your face towel also and if you clean your phone as often as possible. Best regard from Spain.

Im sure you’ve tried a million things but I started using a sonic skincare brush when taking off my makeup, as well as salicylic acid toner a few times a week and that has helped a ton with my acne!

I think it’d be cool if you did mindfulness exercises for a week (just breathing and focusing on your breathe) for like 30 minutes a day and seeing/videoing if that changes anything for your week!

yes I was on it in high school! it really cleared my skin for awhile but it doesn’t help hormonal acne :/
