Jasper Adriaans I was about to mention how all the villains have the same look as arkham city. I love that and makes me want to get this game even more badly than I did before I noticed that
I like how each part referenced things in the Arkham games: (1)The four villains who attack Joker (Two Face, Penguin, Riddler and Killer Croc) are the same ones who were killed by Joker in the ending nightmare of Arkham Knight. Also, while he was the main antagonist of Asylum and Origins, the remaining two villains in the area were Hugo Strange and Scarecrow, the main antagonists of City and Knight, both whom he ultimately overshadowed as the big threat. The cells in the area belonged to Mr Freeze and Poison Ivy. Both had their respective environment based hideouts when they lived and made sure any one else stayed out. (2) Batman and Catwoman who met on the rooftops of Arkham City being patrolled by helicopters and damaged streets with graffitis of the reigning villains, an abandoned strip clubs etc. (3) Then Joker and Catwoman, the only two playable villains in Asylum and City. (4) And then finally Batman fighting Harley Quinn, the last villain in Arkham City since beating her in the DLC finally put an end to the mega prison.
For those wondering about the superhuman strength/durability, in the game the characters all get a sort of "Superman Pill" based on Kryptonian DNA. That's the reason Superman doesn't just kill everybody with 1 punch.
I don't think MKX can beat this game, why? Because of the environmental combos. Like the one Crocodile grabbed Joker and penguin hit him with the Umbrella also Two Face smashed his head with s Cinder Block Riddler hit him with his cane... Man I did not expect that. This game is amazing!!!
No, it doesn't. The "Batman v Superman / Justice League" Batman strongly resembles "Dark Knight Returns" Batman, except the Batsuit is more modern and the bat symbol is a different design. Also, the ears are a lot shorter. Tell me how the "Arkham City" Batman looks ANYTHING like the "Batman v Superman / Justice League". He doesn't. *There are NO SIMILARITIES between the two.*
In the game, the non-powered characters take these pills of some sort (I think they are Kryptonian) and they make the character stronger with enhanced endurance.
I think the reason that they didn't make skins for Nightwing and such is because they want to keep to the series as deprecate entities. Plus, half of the roster is in the Arkham games, so the could only do the big four.

I agree. Although I admit, Richard Epcar (The Joker in MK vs. DCU/Myotismon in Digimon/Ansem[Xeahnort's Heartless] in Kingdom Hearts) did do better in this game reprising his role in the game, but still having the Arkham City Joker and his voice doesn't feel the same without Mark's voice.
You can go download the demo from the PSN to try it out. It seems like an alright game. I only have two issues with it really and they are 1. the price, and 2. the small roster. I might get this when the price drops because each DLC character is $5.00. Also, there is no blocking in the game.
I just looked on the PSN for Injustice DLC, and the only character I saw was Lobo. I wonder when the new ones will be posted. Hopefully we will see more characters in the near future like Power girl, Zatana, Black Canary, Huntress, Blue Beetle, Red Hood, Martian Manhunter, Poison Ivy, Starfire, and Ra's Al Ghul. I would love to have some good match ups.

I'm actually pretty all right with the roster, I've been keeping up with this game pretty closely to be honest, I just had a bit of doubt based off of some things that were said on one of my forums but... then again they're from people who have only watched a bit of a game online and never really played it, so I'm not even sure how valid their criticisms are to begin with, aha.
He still looks sort of . . . off. I guess his mask was a lot more expressive in Arkham City around the brow, and his suit was a lot more armoured looking. His eyes were blue/grey too.

It was a nod towards the Arkham series which rekindled peoples interest in DC games. I think its kinda cool they did that.
