Very interesting. I'll be sharing this with my nephew who is completing Infantry training later this month. He's joined the National Guard, so this is probably way more detailed than anything he might need for one weekend a month, but who knows. Thanks.

Insane knowledge transfer. I know the series is heading in this direction, but I would like to hear some challenges you had as a leader and how you focused on developing yourself as well as your subordinates.
Great video as always - appreciate you delving into more of the minutia/personal stuff that isn’t elaborated on in things like the Ranger handbook but are just as important as the overall tactical concepts!

Thanks again. I currently have an 11x contract. Is there a big difference in 11c and 11b in the Regiment? Training, equipment, missions, etc?
