1. David Zaslav is the corrupt CEO of Warner bros discovery.
2. The movie is basically about Wile E Coyote sueing the Acme corporation for all the faulty products he used in his countless attempts to catch the road runner.
3. He's trying to write it off for tax purposes because WBD has been in debt since the merger.

While I am aware and disappointed about the other Films WBD has written off, I frankly don't care much for them compared to CVA. That's the one I'm most passionate about.
