Love it. Your countenance is bright. Sometimes there is reward for doing the right thing. From a customer with never a hint of buyer’s remorse because I always got the ‘straight’ information to make totally informed purchases
Thank you! I need to reverse this to Western Hemisphere way, dunno why they show from bottom to top, but u will be interested to read this (and you'll need a desktop or large tablet); dovousa.com/images/ryanfosterconversation.jpg dude really fancies himself a kingmaker, but the story's already told. I can look to the windows daily while wearing my nametag, the condescending David Loft's timeless words ringing in my head over and over, "Americans will never understand or accept the convex stone."
@@thesuperiorshave The idea in there that a blade honed on a convex stone needs more frequent honing is interesting. I have not found that to be the case myself.
neither myself, and I have deliberately tried very hard to get that to occur. I sell new blades for a living, so mostly my collection of blades is stuff made in my lifetime, but I have ~40-60 razors and there's some vintages. I've tried very hard to get them to suffer from concaving. Only succeeded on three, two being vintage and one being one of my Dovo Sunday Shavers, only right at its (shoulderless) heel. The Thiers-Issards can withstand extreme concaving with seemingly no issue.
I'm hearing good things about that Dovo Facherbeit , Gary and Bill have one as well , I'm out the loop as I prefer larger blades , but you're a great advocate . ( Also my car needs it's MOT test , so razors must wait till I get a pass or fail ) Lovely gold panel ...I enjoy bling on a razor .
Hell yeah man i think you do a good job explaining stuff about your products. Definitely more in depth and funny sometimes than other online store describers lol.
I'm too afraid of cars behind me. Lived briefly in Boulder, CO after the '94-95 ski season and they had a whole network of bike paths, many of which did NOT interact with car passages. Loved it!
try again, we have 3pcs it should work now. The drop-down menu specifies tbe serial#. I'd glove up and individually picture them, but Dovo does such a nice job wrapping them up, it should be a part of the experience to unwrap one.
Razor looks absolutely beautiful. I am just starting straight razor shaving. Have been using a DE for 3 years, and thought I would make the plunge. I have a channel as well and love wet shaving. I just purchased 2 beginner straights.. Gold Dollar and Gold Monkey, honed and shave ready. Just subscribed to your channel. Regards, Glenn
Glad to hear your name tag gig is working out!
I for one highly value your unvarnished assessment of each product you sell.
thank you so much!

I went there, and couldn't find it. Perhaps you got the last one. Maybe that's why the link doesn't work...
