I replaced my gypsy's front suspension with innova rear ones and the rear suspension with xylo rear ones with 2 inch prad lift kit.. Amazing difference in handling and ride quality.
Quality content as always, a big shout out for your perseverance. And finally a well deserved suspension upgrade for the Gurkha. Would love to get these for my Gurkha, provided it doesn't increase the ride height much though.
This is awesome. Have been waiting for it for a long time. Happy I did not go for the suspensions that were available from Dr Nano already a few months ago.
Nice to see how the details, may i know if i can use it as well in force gurkha? Also, what is the ground clearance that you achieved right now with this new setup? I am from Nepal and i am eager to upgrade my suspension for the rugged roads out here. ❤❤
Thar DSL 2022 - Suspension upgrade have been a rabbit hole for me too, i tried multiple brands (local) and bought couple of to throw off later. Finally Tough tog turned out to be best fit all in all. it wont shift the vehicle upside down but it makes it much more acceptable for daily use. overall ride quality and bump management has improved by a margin. tail spin has gone for good. due to nitro gas in front and foam cell in rear, it is performing quite well on bumps and thread breakers. it takes some time to show effect (due to oil temperature) but once done its flawless. on the other hand during off-roading it perform best, articulation has increased, 20mm lift comes handy and coils are set for additional load which ill be planning in near future.
Yay... The next video is on Jimny.. 🕺🕺 I was about to ask for it again (and boast that my comment was first as well 😁) before watching the video. Good that I watched it first.. Eagerly waiting for it. Oh, and, enjoy the nicer ride 👍😊
@@tripaccinothank you so much. How would you rate the suspension for BS6 (2024 Gurkha model)? not just in terms of ground elevation, but performance too. Do you think the 2024 model’s suspension is capable of navigating the off-road terrain with ease or would rather say the verdict on that is still open. I am asking because even since the launch of 2024 Gurkha (back in June 2024), I have rarely come across videos where people have complained about the new suspension (except for DCV expeditions, who was trying to climb a pavement in the city and the axle broke) - any insights from you will be greatly appreciated.
Kudos and Congratulations. Any suggestions for newer Gurkha? How much of this solution can fir for newer Gurkha too? Also can Dr Nano do similar for other cars say out of manufacturing Fiat Palio?? I am having all set of those same problem which you had.

Glad you liked it! I am sure it will be the same for your Gurkha . We have compromised ride height to get ride quality
Nice to see this. Definitely, I will be considering this suspension when I will be changing it. Thanks once again for your efforts.❤

Thanks for the effort and the video! Any chance we can get the final GC? And is this setup available to purchase from Dr.Nano?
Yes, of course. You can contact them on their insta page
Thanks for nice content once again. Much required modification for older BS6. Can suspension of 2024 Gurkha also be upgraded using this kit?
No it’s custom for 21-24 first gen bs6.0
