    Ingredients
    1) Flattened rice (Aval) - 1 cup (pressed down well)
    2) Grated coconut - 2 to 2 ½ cup
    3) Grated Jaggery - 3 cups
    4) Ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp
    5) Crushed cardamom - 5 to 6
    6) Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
    7) Greengram dal - ½ cup
    Preparation
    1) Heat 1 cup of water & the grated jaggery in a pan, stirring to melt, & make it honey like.
    2) Add the coconut, heat stirring till the water from coconut dries almost keeping it moist also.
    3) Put off flame, cool slightly, add the aval & stir well to mix.
    4) Add ghee, Cardamom, dry roasted dal & dry roasted sesame seeds. Stir well.
    Serve only after 24 hours.
