This was one of the most informative videos I’ve watched on live scope ever. It’s not only teaching me something about my live scope but my trolling motor and boat control as well. Thank you for putting this video out, I’m now a new subscriber

Structure and holes is what I aim for on the scope during the ice fishing year! Only time I use it! 😅

Good Video, Boat control is imperative , thats the first rule of Crappie Fishing, livescope has been a great locator for me, once I'm where i need to be and know where the fish are its ole school from there , getting downwind fishing into the wind is the best way to control the boat 👍 agree 💯, Good video my weakest point is mapping most of my lakes are swamp oxbows and theres no maps , when things get cooled down my intentions are to create my own Contour maps on a SD card , theres something to this mapping and color codeing the depths , we're in a serious drought right now (south Mississippi) ,temps are getting right but we need rain 🌧 desperately

Absolutely!! You are exactly right about the mapping, and that is a great plan for creating your own maps! Let me know hoe it goes!! And check back as I hadn’t thought of that and may crank out one on this topic and how to effectively do it!

I will stick with side imaging to cover water. Then use livescope to check what i found.

SI is certainly a faster method indeed! I did a video over it a few weeks back as well. Both are great for deck flipping slabs! I do what you said almost every time as well. And it’s primarily how I teach new users.
