@galaxy So perceptive of you to pick up on what I said.
It looks simple and I'm sure it tastes nice but can you please stop calling it "sushi". Why not call it "pesce crudo" like the title says because that is what it is. A lot of Japanese chefs cringe every time you call this dish sushi.
Nobody gives a shit
They call sushi at raw fish (or sashimi with no rice) , some people call it "Bait". LOL.
Everything else is Bullshit...Sashimi=Crudo=Raw=ceviche....all the rest is fashion and stupidity.
Mankind eats raw fish with or without spices before the fire discovery....
