    I loved Cairo, I went to Cairo, took the train to Alexandria, Flew to Aswan, sailed up the Nile to Luxor solo, 21 days. Didn't see the Pyramids had to run back to the states. Can't wait to get back to Egyp! Thank You! I love crossing cairo streets! Thanks again!

      What’s there to love about crossing the streets that you could potentially be hit by a vehicle??

      @TUBESPECIFIC1 Рік тому +1

      @@Iceyfire12 I guess running across a place like Tahir Square, a huge round about in the middle of Cairo, adds that adventurous dangerous element. Once a person hits 50, caution and fear of traffic sets in. Here in America, it's gotten real bad the past 10 years where they'll just run over you like how it is in lots of other countries that's been corrupted, dehumanized, and debt enslaved for a few thousand years past the point of return. The days of cute little red cabooses with friendly guys waving are long gone.

I was in Cairo for a week. I have severe ptsd still from my trip. I wore niqab and fully covered, as I was told by my peer that it was cultural standard for women in Upper Egypt. Can't wait to see more of your videos of Egypt. I've been wanting to go but can't find the right videos to do research with.

    The pray call is 5 times a day and it's in Arabic. It includes praise for the God Almighty Allah and for the prophet Mohammed peace be upon him however it doesn't go on all night the last one of the day would be like 10 pm in the summer, 7:30 pm in the winter. Then the next which is the first on the next day would be in dawn around 4 pm in the summer and 6 am in the winter.
    I enjoyed your video especially when you were trying to get across the streets of Cairo following what the locals were doing, I honestly couldn't help my self from laughing. like Egyptian people are the experts it seems so safe as it's a part of their daily lives. I love Egypt🇪🇬 flaws and all. Following from neighboring Libya🇱🇾. God bless you brother.

    River Nile is the longest in the world but Amazon covers larger area of land for it is wider and the volume of water is bigger.

    In regards to your question about the Nile vs the Amazon... the Nile is the longest river in the world; however, it is not particularly wide. The Amazon is the second longest river and also the widest. So by pure waterflow, the amazon is larger.

    I was there in 2001 Giza and mehendasan area of Cairo. The tower was dope and I did get some good food. The night life was crazy and the traffic is dangerous cause they will run you over. 😂 I had so much fun the whole summer of 01 in the city of Cairo.

    I was in Cairo for a month in 1980s. At ain shams university. There were a lot more animals on the roads. Women dressed much more liberally. Not so many tall buildings. I saw a funeral on donkeys. A lot of change from now. I have lots of photos of Cairo Luxor and Giza. I have traveled in many countries but Egypt is the most interesting because it shows what can happen in three to five thousand years. What will North America look like in three thousand years? Perhaps a wasteland because of climate change? Maybe the Nile river might dry up and all of Egypt will be abandoned? Who knows?

      Because of the rise of Islamic culture and extremist ideas and opinions during the eighties and nineties, after the emigration of Egyptians to Saudi Arabia and the Arab lands at that time for work, and when they returned, they were saturated with these ideas and customs and brought them to Egypt, unfortunately.. Note, I am Egyptian too.

    The Egyptian people are really nice, the merchants selling tourist stuff, NO! Did you get that, NO! I loved my trip last year and I was so glad to go once but that is enough. The only way I would go again is with a very high-end tour group. Like I want to walk off the plane and into a limo. I don't want to deal with all the hands looking for a tip. I still don't understand why I needed to tip the airport bathroom attendant when I pay use fees to use the airport. Then there is the stray animal situation 😵‍💫😱😭
