@@franciskastevany620 well they're not exposed enough to spicy food. If you're korean, south asian, or southeast asian (or mexican, add any other countries you want) and has high spicy tolerance then it's pretty normal.

Ingredients
1 bag flamin' hot Cheetos
1 cup Honey
1 teaspoon Cayenne (not needed if you don't like spicy)
2 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Mustard Powder
1 tablespoon Onion Powder
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
4 Bone in, Skin On Chicken Thighs
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Canola Oil
2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
1 1/2 cup Flour + Flour for Chicken
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 1/2 cups Buttermilk + 2 cups Buttermilk
4 Eggs, separated
4 tablespoons melted Butter
2 tablespoons Hot Sauce
MicroGreens (garnish)
Instructions
1. Heat honey and 1 cup of Cheetos in a medium saucepan to infuse the Cheetos flavor into the honey at a gentle simmer for a few minutes. Make sure that your Cheetos are all submerged in the honey. Take off of heat and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
2. Grind rest of hot Cheetos in a food processor until you get a very fine powder. You will use this multiple times.
3. Put 1/4 cup of Cheeto powder into a medium bowl. Add cayenne (if you like spicy), paprika, mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper. Whisk until combined
4. On a baking pan, pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. Place in a large bowl. Season well with salt and 6 tablespoons of spice mix. Cover bowl with plastic and marinate the chicken 2 hours to overnight in the refrigerator.
5. Bring your Cheeto-honey mix back. Strain it until all the Cheeto Infused Honey is out. You don't need the Cheetos. Set the infused honey aside. You will use it later
6. In a medium sauce pan combine 1/2 canola, 2 tablespoons of the spice mix, and brown sugar. Heat up and make sure the brown sugar is completely melted. Set aside.
7. Start your dry ingredients. Sift flour, 3/4 cup ground Cheetos, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda into a medium bowl. Add kosher salt (don't sift because it could get stuck in the sifter). Set aside
8. Start your wet ingredients. In a medium bowl combine sour cream and buttermilk. Separate your eggs. Put the egg whites into a medium bowl and the egg yolks into the sour cream and buttermilk.
9. Add butter to sour cream, 1 1/2 cups buttermilk, and yolks. Mix well with whisk. Add to dry ingredients. Whisk.
10. Whip the egg whites. Use a hand mixer and whip until hard or stiff peaks. Fold egg whites into you batter (wet and dry ingredients). Use a spatula and be gentle so that you don't lose the air in your egg whites.
11. Time to cook! Grab a waffle maker and scoop 1/2 cup of mixture into it. Cook until done. Depends on your waffle maker. Cook all the batter.
12. In a large bowl combine 2 cups buttermilk and hot sauce. Grab you marinated chicken. Get a small/medium size bowl and add some flour to it to dredge your chicken in. Put your chicken in the flour, buttermilk-hot sauce mix, and then back in the flour.
13. Fry at 325 F for 10-12 minutes. Make sure not to crowd your pot. Get to an inner temperature of 165 F. If the skin is already golden brown but the inner temperature isn't at 165, finish off in the oven. Brush the chicken with the oil, spice, and brown sugar you made earlier. Make sure your oil is hot so it doesn't cool down the chicken.
14. Plate! Brush your waffles with butter, or whatever you like on them, and place your chicken on the plate too. Top with MicroGreens. You're done!

@@dwightneal6921 I understand you mean well but many people that have a relationship with God still have depression and anxiety. Connection with something greater than you is not a bandaid for every problem. Actually working through ones issues and the direct reasons for the depression with a professional is extremely helpful for anyone struggling. Religious or not 🌺
I hope you're feeling better during this time, idk your situation but that heaviness can be a lot to deal with on your own. Lots of therapists have started doing more affordable appointments since the beginning of quarentine. Maybe that's something that would be able to support you in working through anything and creating a sense of peace and excitement for the unknown future. I'm really glad this channel is something you enjoy!

I guess they are entertaining sometimes? Wouldn't say it's a personality party though. I find them wasteful with food for clicks and clearly don't have much real restaurant experience. They are just foodies I think.
