Hi! Actually flour tortillas are normally made with a "rodillo" (kitchen roller?? Sorry not sure of the name in english) and not with a tortilla press, unless is the one called tortilla "sobaquera" (a really big tortilla de harina) which is extended by hand :)

It isn't guacamole. Guacamole doesn't have water added to it. And it has tomato and peppers. It's a different classic Mexican sauce, lol more closely called a liquid avocado sauce than it is guacamole. Guacamole should have a stiffer texture.

In my city this burritos are called Burros Percherones. And they are known for they size and taste, recently there’s been a new Burro made with Cheetos Flamin Hot and actually is pretty good.
Sizes are actually exaggerated:
Small is half your forearm
Medium is basically your forearm
Large is bigger than your forearm
Even though they are big, there quality of taste is filled with the different ingredients in the Burro.
there is also an easier recipe for tortillas for the future, it is masa flour that you can find in almost any grocery store. You add your masa flour (as much as needed) then you add warm water until soft doughy like, the dough won’t be as hard or unsticky it will be more soft and just a little bit sticky

Asim Roy There are some diabetic cookbooks, some are more diet based others are more about lower carb things. They aren't too expensive, especially if you get them from half price books or a thrift store. I have a few cause I'm a type 1 diabetic. Hope I was somewhat helpful!😊
She can eat anything that's not too sweet. Is she on insulin? Brown rice, or rice with reduced or removed starch, curries, stir fried vegetables, sandwiches, wholemeal bread, pasta. The choices are endless really. Just make it healthier, use less oil etc. My mom has diabetes for 36 years and she honestly just eats whatever she wants but eat in moderation. Just no sugary drinks and no candies etc.
