How to reset your Quooker system

How to reset your Quooker system:
Check whether there is water pressure. If there is, you can try resetting the tank:
Switch off the tank by pressing the red ‘Q’ button on top of the tank.
Remove the plug from the socket.
Remove the tap’s black connection cable from the red tank cover at the back.
After 10 seconds, insert the cable back into the tank cover again. When doing this, use the inside port closest to the centre of the tank (the connection port on the right when viewed from the back of the tank).
Put the plug back in the socket. Press the red ‘Q’ button to switch on the tank again.
The light should now light up continuously, solid red, whilst the tank is warming up.
After 25 minutes, check if the tap is dispensing boiling water again.
Repeat this process twice, if necessary.
