Any magnetshop online. They sell them in little round forms as well. I use two 0,3 cm ones which is stacked on top of each other and fitted them on the outside of the knob. 2,5 euros in total. Works 100 pct again.
I bought a bunch of ‘super strong’ magnets online to stack them but they’re not even strong enough to stick to the tap. Could you share a specific name of a website that sells the magnet you’ve bought?
You reservoir is calcified, open it and remove calcification and change the filter, and pipes. You can order a kit from online shop. It's not that difficult

It's a good solution instead of buying new. Mine is working for 6 months up to now
