Hi my son work for skip the dishes and they give a T4A we put that in the T4’s form as the other ones he have of another 2 jobs and also we need to do a T2150 for the expenses? Thank you for what you do for the channel you are very good explaining everything
You’ll need to fill T2125 form to report your skip the dishes expenses.
Which boxes do I need to fill out for T4A DOORDASH?
So if we're doing uber eats and door dash can we just add the income of the two together and use the one T2125? I would assume only one is required since most run both apps at the same time and put the same recorded miles on the vehicle. Also I only have the door dash payout each week, it doesnt break down the tips and base pay, is that a big deal since the total income is still there?
Yes you can use one t2125 for both income. It's better to have tips separate, but total income will work in case of door dash.
Hello I have a question. I work for Doordash and I was wondering if estimated quarterly tax payments are mandatory or if they are the same thing as filing my taxes once a year (April 15th)?
If you are HST registered then you have to file quarterly or annually depending on your situation.
I have a LLC for a photography business that I’m not active with for several years now. Can I set the DoorDash under that so I don’t have to learn another way to do my taxes.
What is the deadline for tax file of door dash and skip the dishes driver??
June 17th, 2024
I haven’t kept any receipts or record. However i can check my bank statements for gas expense and insurance as well. Can i just put the estimated amount? Will this be any issue?
Try to estimate your expenses based on your average mileage, fuel costs, and other regular expenses.
mommy?
Hi. My accountant said i can't use mileage deduction. It is for federal employees. I can only deduct car expenses for car, not mileage.
You should claim all your car and other related expenses on actual basis, that saves more tax.
The .68 cents per km for 1st 5000 km and 0.64 cents for anything over does not apply for self employed uber eats, doordash etc... workers.
How much maximum tax percentage for door dash any answers please
You'll pay tax based on your total income after deductions.
How can I ask DoorDash to claim the HST? Since there is no option in the app and their website. Thank you
You can continue
Is there a way were Doordash support can send you a document that says all your expenses, mileage, etc..????
Unfortunately, no, you have to keep track yourself.
Yes! Doordash emails you your estimated miles driven every year around late February. But again, it is only an estimate.
What are the deductions if we are using bicycle for door dash
All your expenses related to bicycle and others mentioned in video
i didn’t keep my receipts. Can I use my bank statement to support it?
Try to estimate your expenses based on your average mileage, fuel costs, and other regular expenses.
What do I do if I never keep up with nothing

@@instaccountant on what app? Turbo tax?
Do doordashers need to do quarterly taxes or yearly?
If you are HST registered then you have to file quarterly or annually depending on your situation.
@@instaccountant I am not HST registered, dont know what that is. I am just wondering if Doordashers have to pay taxes quarterly.
@@CuzOfSteveif your income exceeds $30,000, you are required to register for HST.
Hey, I am doing both doordash and uber eats.
As a self employed while filling the tax, I have question related to the accountant fees.
My accountant charges fees to do tax filling individually for my Doordash and Uber Eats income. As both are a corporation.
So i get charged $650 for doordash tax filling and another $650 for Uber Eats.
Can you tell me if this is how all accountant work or is it just mine?
Thank You
For the information you provided, yes you can absolutely file a single return for both your DoorDash and Ubereats earnings (cost effective too).
The fees could be a bit more reasonable, but I can't say much about if your are being charged more or less without having a complete understanding of your specific situation.
You could probably manage to file yourself too if you really wanted to learn. They got plenty of videos on filling out the forms
@@instaccountantThere is no any other complicated situation. It is just a regular tax return. That is why i think the accountant charge is not reasonable at all.
@@rappy90I will reasearch about it. But thanks for info😊
Get a second opinion to compare fees if you're concerned. @@SabinMagar-fu6pw
