This looks like the old house I pass on my way to work everyday. If it's not the same one, then there is another just like it! Anyway, it's sad to see nice houses like that go to ruin. The one I see has been empty for many years.
Fixing up old places are nice but you have to be careful with the history that comes with it some comes with spirits that you dont want there im speaking from experience
Is there anyway to find a list of abandon homes in or around Corbin Kentucky? If so is it possible to buy these homes I would love to buy one and bring it back to life
The double hung windows on my old New England home are unusual for my area, but I see them all over the place in your videos. They are 4 panes, side by side, top to bottom, in the upper sash only.. The lower half of the double hungs is a large single pane.
The blanket in the chimney makes me wonder if someone is in the chimney. I remember a news story from years back in which a camera was lowered down a chimney or vent in an unused building (I think it was prior to demolition) and a human skull was found. A body had been stuffed in there. I think it's more likely here that the blanket may have been to keep birds or animals from getting into the house. I hope so! The house and setting make a nice picture.
Agreed. I own an old house in Western Kentucky, and during some cleaning, found fiberglass batting stuffed up the fireplaces, because the dampers were frozen(rusted). To keep critters out, you put hardware cloth over the chimney outlet.
Silent Hill music in the background would be pretty cool... Joking aside, this house with some new paint and plenty of elbow grease can become a beautiful home.
I am in Kentucky yet I have never seen it anywhere and I am curious to know where it is? It is lovely and a wonderful place to live it just needs to be fixed up
Johnson County Kentucky, the highway in the video is US 23 in a community called Hager Hill. I have searched that house before when we would receive complaints at the Sheriff's Office.
I wonder how many houses people live in would look that much different, people live in some pretty crummy places, yeah, some people live pretty good but most don't. I am not complaining, but those TV shows are not how most people really live.
i like watching your videos,, you find lots of lod cool houses,, have you gave it any thought to metal detecting them?????????,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,sanddollar
Don't you worry about Black Widow spiders when going into the homes in Kentucky? I got bit by one that dropped from a porch over hang in Corbin Kentucky.
mike48632 Corbin Kentucky we might be related have a lot of relatives still living there or they all could have been bitten by black widow spiders by now
hey man i know where a old house is in ky its in pittsburg outside of london ky its ona road called dean hundley road my uncle lived there its falling apart and creepy af
The opening view is one seriously creepy looking house up against those trees. I keep waiting for you to stumble upon a crack head with a knife. That last closet room had a spot made out to the left of the doorway. Someone's been sleeping there and might have been hiding behind the black cushion on the right. Do you carry a gun? At least get some bear spray. That was one creepy house!
This is typically housing in Kentucky. And no I'm about dead certain this house is about 75 yards off hwy 90 in Wayne co. I could be wrong but it's a main hwy and people from out of town stop all the time to check it out. It looks like the essential haunted house
What part of Kentucky are you in I live in Kentucky and paintsville Kentucky a lot of old cemeteries and sayreville Kentucky and my girlfriend county Kentucky
I live in Kentucky myself and I was just thinking I wish you guys had vids from Kentucky and here we go. Awesome.
This surprises me, how could anyone abandon such a beautiful house.
This looks like the old house I pass on my way to work everyday. If it's not the same one, then there is another just like it! Anyway, it's sad to see nice houses like that go to ruin. The one I see has been empty for many years.
That rug was stuffed up that chimney to keep the birds out I'll bet.
I would love to buy a cheap home like this and fix it up
bfields40. in there with you love to fix up old places like this
Fixing up old places are nice but you have to be careful with the history that comes with it some comes with spirits that you dont want there im speaking from experience
It is a cute simple lay out too,
Cute one. Smudging could help clear it out
with some work and love i would love to live there . looks like a beautiful location to raise a family
What a shame. looks like it was a nice place at one time.
It doesn't look totally beyond repair.
Looks like that house could've been fixed up. Loved the video.
0ld metal cabinets date to 60's or before.Nice fireplace though
I think they stuffed the fireplace to block it off.
😂😂😂😂I was missing that noise you make when you pick up the toilette lid....nice video thank you.
Lol sorry it’s not in every video. :)
Wow, that house is in repairable shape.. It's pretty close lay out wise to the one I posted. I was happy to see someone bought it and renovated.
They renovated this one or another one ?
I got so sad when I watched this video of this once happy home. The baby dolls brought me to tears!

We just find them interesting. :)
Will there ever be anything as depressing as that fake wood paneling? It makes me want to cry and throw up at the same time.
I really like your videos.
Is there anyway to find a list of abandon homes in or around Corbin Kentucky? If so is it possible to buy these homes I would love to buy one and bring it back to life

I was only joking.
Agreed. I own an old house in Western Kentucky, and during some cleaning, found fiberglass batting stuffed up the fireplaces, because the dampers were frozen(rusted).

Am I the only one who's always waiting for some Charles Manson looking guy to come walking out.?😀
Silent Hill music in the background would be pretty cool...
Joking aside, this house with some new paint and plenty of elbow grease can become a beautiful home.
That’s an old house right of us 23 right next to Paintsville my drive by it almost every day hasn’t been empty very long

Hi, I just found this site and enjoyed the video.I just subscribed too. How did you both get interested in exploring these places?
Saw photos online of an abandoned mall and then saw dan bell and josh. Inspired me. Wife wanted to join. Yay
What part of Kentucky is this? I was raised in Louisville,so it's intriguing to see Kentucky abandoned old houses.
Can't remember. Sorry
That's what I was wondering...I'm from Lexington, but this feels more like Owensboro or Country Bowling Green
I seen what looked like an R&S Body sticker on the mirror upstairs. They are a R&S Body in Pike County, KY
It reminds me of Pineville Ky.
That could possibly be exactly where it is
Johnson County Kentucky, the highway in the video is US 23 in a community called Hager Hill. I have searched that house before when we would receive complaints at the Sheriff's Office.

mike48632 Corbin Kentucky we might be related have a lot of relatives still living there or they all could have been bitten by black widow spiders by now
@@granny1694 Everyone in Corbin is related to each other through both parents.
What's on the floor at 6:51?
The reflection looks like it could have been a phone.
Here I am, wanting a house of my own so bad but I can’t afford one, while all these nice looking homes just sit and rot
I actually could use that bed frame. : )
This house could be fixed up nice! It could make a good rental.
the noise he made when he opened the toilet
Miguel Vasquez The way he made us look at the toilet lol

Where’s this at?
There are people that need a home ......
Awesome where did I you find the house or did you almost get arrested
No one cared about this place. No one around. Never even had a run in with anyone yet, expect that one guy in an abandoned house. He was cool though.
Exploring with Rick & Bekah ?????????
The blue and red could have been the colors of the local high school.
Maybe they played sport's, cheering or something.
Where is this in Ky. What co. I live n Ky and go to these places to look also. It passes lots of itme and you see lots of stuff.
Not sure actually. Was on our way to PA
hey man i know where a old house is in ky its in pittsburg outside of london ky its ona road called dean hundley road my uncle lived there its falling apart and creepy af
I think I know the house that you are referring to! I grew up on highway 25 near Dean Hundley Road right before the overpass.
OR carry a loaded concealed grizzly bear with you!
That will render any attacker to bruin.
No crack heads in Ky just pot heads hahaaaa

FYI if you look under the toilet tank lid. Will tell you how old it is.
that picture was taken about Easter 2000 I have the same pose for my daughter and she was born in 1999
Can you purchase these??
👍❤️
Where is this located?
Near some coal mining town. Not really sure. I don’t keep notes of locations basically ever unless the location is epic.
Wah saya suka yang ini. Walaupun harus buka kamus bahasa inggris
I saw a brown cat 🐱
whatever was in the fireplace was weird
Love your stuff but why do you carry a guinypig with you?
It's my inner baby animal ID.
Keep away from Peru!
Is this in between hyden and hazard there is a house off the road there
I showed this to my mom and she thought it was it but now the roof on the porch is about to fall
It's somewhere near a coal mining area in KY
I live in Letcher co ky Rick and Bekah and we have a ton of old house that I can show u guys to film.
