JACKIE LAYS IN THE NEST BOWL 💕🌲
Yesterday evening, our love birds stop by for some last minute nestorations. Shadow arrives first and piddles around making tiny adjustments but seemed to mostly just be waiting for his lady. She heads in and Shadow on que starts acting busy. They begin rearranging a few things together. Some fluff, some sticks, more fluff, and some bonding as they work side by side and beak to beak... But then Jackie looks off to the side and Shadow just can't help himself. He gives her a beaky kiss on the cheek and she returns the affection. 💋🥰
She eventually heads to the front porch to perch as Shadow turns his focus onto making that nest bowl extra fluffy and inviting. Jackie keeps looking over getting interested again. She gives in, and heads back to the bowl with Shadow. She makes her own adjustments and then gives it a quick test as she moves in to lay down!🎆 Shadow did it. 🏆 Another check off his to-do list. 📝 I bet he just fell more in love. 💘 She hops right up and calls it a night.. more work to do tomorrow so its time to safely get to their nearby nightly roosting tree. 🌙🌲
Shadow, thank you for not giving up. You sure know how to love Jackie. Love you both so much. 💕😌
Whether we get a second clutch or not, these two make this world a better place. We are so blessed to have this experience with them.
