A guy from Poland carves an incredible lure and generously sends it to a guy who immediately catches some terrific pike and musky in South Dakota. I love it.
It is one of the nicer ways people from different parts of the world can interact nowadays. Very cool and great craftsmanship on that lure. Wonder if he sells them on the web?

That happened to me years ago. I was home on leave from the Navy and my Dad bought me a new rod and reel. We were at a rented cottage on Black Lake in New York. It was almost dark and I went down to the dock and tied on a jitterbug lure. Dragged it through the water once to see its action and a nice pike hit it. 1967. I love these videos. No nonsense and all action. Thank you for not making us sit through a half hour of you driving to your fishing spot and another half hour launching your kayak.
Thank You mr. Matt for taking me with you again. Always a beautiful trip on the water wherever you are. The Polish Perch turned out to be a great lure and it’s a blessing that you have friends around the world who make lures and send them to you and you test them with us getting to see first hand how well they work. Please keep sending us all your great works, I watch some episodes over a few times because they are terrific! Can you tell that I’m a big fan?
I was born in Poland, raised in Canada, I became a successful bass tournament angler, my 1st tournament bass was caught on a Polish made sculpin imitation, very nice looking perch , you knew it would work before you even tried it 👍🙏

Here I am visiting the kids in Milwaukee for early Thanksgiving. It’s 20 degrees out and I get to watch this video while staying warm inside. Makes me yearn for my Kayak and fishing back home on warmer days!

Well, it's clear you don't need to take our word for it that the lures action is amazing since the first bite happened w/o casting. Hats off Michael; if I didn't know better I'd of thought it was a real perch and not a hard plastic swimbait too. Good stuff Matt!
I love the fact that you're channel does not have all the look-at-me look-at-me I'm on UA-cam it's incredibly relaxing you don't cuss or emphasized anything that has to do with annoying habits it's just downright relaxing fishing I love it to death keep up the great work I've actually considered moving to North Dakota

I haven't been fishing in 15 years, and the last "swimbait?" I used were Rapala 2-3 pc broken backs. This bait moves much better. The way it changes direction is just spot on. - Thanks.

Those small pike are tasty eating, hard to tell from walleye. There are some gifted artisans in Poland.
