I got two large implants for lower dentures in 2019. I'm a smoker and have an autoimmune disease. The bone grew around the implants and even covered the healing caps. I had 18 teeth extracted and lower aveoplasty all in one sitting. It was the best decision I've ever made. Upper full denture and lower full on the two implants. I can eat absolutely anything I want and no adhesive at all. Maybe I got lucky but I'd do it all over again. It absolutely changed my health for the better.
You just clarified a decision for me, in relation to implants and chronic autoimmune disease. My dentist had been dismissing the possible complications of autoimmune issues when recommending implants, although I already suffer from severe Xerostomia caused by autoimmune disease, and am losing my teeth because of it. I had read, anecdotally, of implants falling out in such cases, but it is incredibly helpful to have a professional opinion on the matter. Your video is invaluable. Many thanks. I will now seek a second opinion, before taking any further steps. Thanks again.

Stop using to much birth control if you use it affects everything. That’s all there no secret . Cleaning every three months isn’t necessary only once a year . Use fluoride free toothpaste . Eat eggs ,milk ,meat . Don’t do vegetarian .
How about the PRGF procedure?!? Where I work we get blood from patients arm, the centrifugal machine separates the blood from plasma and we put the in, the implants coated with his plasma, bone graft with plasma, etc. The body will recognize it and the healing process is way faster. Usually around 3 months later ( the most) we restore the tooth

Ive been getting sick alot after getting my implants finished. It always begins ususally waking up with a headache neck ache in the base of my skull neck area. The pain usually makes me vomit and sometimes diarreah. Also im so much more sensitive to otherwise healthy foods now. I have to be really careful what i eat and even then it might not be good enough but just delay getting sick.
That sounds so difficult, and I'm sorry to hear what you're going through. I would recommend speaking to the provider who performed the procedure for assistance with the issues that have arisen 💚
I hear you! I'm sure that's been a lot to go through 💚 If you're interested in permanent teeth in 24 hours, our doctors would need to review your CT scan and medical history to determine whether the procedure would be effective for you😊 You can get that process started here: bit.ly/4aTcGA4.
We, here at Nuvia, provide permanent full-arch dental implants and do not do single-tooth implants, but we wish you the best on your dental journey. ☺️

Hi, about to get my right incisors pulled due to faulty root canal done by previous dentist. Please share your experience about your implant journey that would help me a lot.
@@priyadarshini6218 I lost my teeth bcz of the accident. At that time I was so worried and my 1 right incisors also little damaged so, doctor decided that right incisors should be done by the process root canal and another left incisors done by dental implants. When this process started I was so worried and somedays injured area also pain that time. But doctor gives some medicine to heal that area. That time I was like I m going to be depressed bcz my studies and exams tension but till the date nothing is happening and I m hoping that in my future no more complications. Sometimes I forget that the this is not my real teeth😅 . But if your going to be this situation be relaxed and be calm, don't take stress 😊.
@@durgeshwariartI'm glad that you sailed through the procedure and doing great. My current dentist is trying to save my tooth but he is not sure due to severe infection. Did you go through bone grafting procedure? Is bone grafting really painful? I'm worried because I have low threshold for pain.
@@priyadarshini6218 yeah ! I also done by bone grafting procedure on my left upper two incisors. When doctor start this procedure they start like drill in my maxilla bone at that time I little feel dizziness bcz bones are hard and non pliable. And they leave area for healing . After a month like 2 ,3 month they fixed my size and coloured teeth. But this two dental implants are like permanent teeth.
I'm considering implants, but now I'm unsure after watching the video.😑 I have diabetes, so my immune system is weak.KRISS AI also confirmed it's tough for me to heal after implants due to my low immunity.
Thanks for reaching out, and for giving this a watch 💚 I understand there are several health factors to consider that vary from case to case. Our doctors do look over medical history to ensure the procedure will be safe and effective for each patient. An easy first step to see if permanent teeth in 24 hours may be right for your situation is to take our eligibility quiz. It only takes 60 seconds: bit.ly/3tOy620. If it looks like you're eligible, a member of our team will reach out to schedule a consultation appointment, where the specifics of your case will be addressed in greater detail 😊
It's not worth risking you health. I have regulare dentures and I am very happy with them because my dentist did a good job. The body are not happy with foreign objects in it.
@@NuviaDentalImplantCenter You’ve said in the video that people suffering from diabetes should not get dental implants, which is a wrong generalisation, and then you tell a diabetic patient to take a quiz and see if they’re eligible for “teeth in 24h”. Furthermore, you said people who smoke shouldn’t get implants, which I generally agree, but then said you’ve orally rehabilitated a smoker with implants, as if suddenly quitting smoking will somehow instantly reverse all the damage you’ve mentioned. Maybe think twice before creating videos

Same. I just found out I have another cavity under the crown. It never ends. I spent over 150k on teeth from having all my teeth crowned in my 40s, then getting crown redone, filling with mercury removed, root canal, and tmj treatment. It's really like an endless pit of spending money. Now, at 72, I'm considering going to Nuvia for implants. Another 55-60k

@shirleyclairesilveira6205 not paintful at all. I'm 33 got it done 4 months ago while still having invesiline on as well. The invesiline cut my gums slightly and my bone craft had to be redone and that wasn't fun but that was my fault for not being careful with my invesilines. Anyway get the bone craft. Good luck and don't be scared.
Informative video ! I worry about needing dental implants in the future as I age because I'm on a biphosophonate for osteoporosis and osteopenia. I read too many scary things about (ONJ) osteocronosis of the jaw bone due to side effects of biphosophonates. I had a cracked front upper tooth that was saved with a crown, but a nerve in that tooth hasn't healed 2+ months after that procedure. Back to the dentist. 😞

Incredible video! Really answered some questions i have. Sorry but long story alert!!! My bestfriend since birth had lost teeth since she was a teenager 3 in the bottom (sides) and 4 at the top (2 front tooth and 2 side). She is a small time model and is an aspiring singer but often worries about her imperfect teeth. She also worries that these may be a problem in her job for both singing and modeling. I can see that she often does not smile in photoshoots becuase there is a shadow beween her dentures and her missing front teeth. We're both 21 and she is really considering dental implants. What might be the best options in this case?

Im really happy with my implant. The gap was driving me crazy and I also had natural perfectly aligned teeth.. which were shifting as the gap left no pressure on surrounding and opposite teeth. Sooo the implant has kept my nice straight teeth, I’m not going crazy with the feeling of the gap. My dentist does an xray each yearly check up to make sure everything is still ok and it’s been fine. The only thing I didn’t know is you have to clean UNDER the implant and it’s kinda annoying. A water flosser is great. The cost would have been the only reason I wouldn’t get one but I will never get a root canal.

I LOVE mine! I have 3. One is a canine, ( #11 ) the other two, believe it or not are my 2 front teeth!!! Gad! what would I do? The other 3 missing ones, I have a flipper. They are not very noticeable. The expense is high! An old doctor told my mother that you inherit your teeth. That doesn't mean that you don't take care of them. FYI June Yes, an implant is a foreign object. But titanium is the best metal that the body accepts, eg. hip replacements. ( used on the nose of rocket ships as well ) Not that THAT would have anything to do with it.... I have healthy gums. That would be a factor, I would think.

How do you deal with bone loss if you experienced it?
Ive been getting sick alot after getting my implants finished. It always begins ususally waking up with a headache neck ache in the base of my skull neck area. The pain usually makes me vomit and sometimes diarreah. Also im so much more sensitive to otherwise healthy foods now. I have to be really careful what i eat and even then it might not be good enough but just delay getting sick.

@@arnedale2951 But what about the bone lost are you losing bone fast
@@NuviaDentalImplantCenter You’ve said in the video that people suffering from diabetes should not get dental implants, which is a wrong generalisation, and then you tell a diabetic patient to take a quiz and see if they’re eligible for “teeth in 24h”. Furthermore, you said people who smoke shouldn’t get implants, which I generally agree, but then said you’ve orally rehabilitated a smoker with implants, as if suddenly quitting smoking will somehow instantly reverse all the damage you’ve mentioned.

I agree. 2 of mine have failed and those needed the implants. From now on I’m skipping the crown and going straight to implant. So much money wasted 😢
Same. I just found out I have another cavity under the crown. It never ends. I spent over 150k on teeth from having all my teeth crowned in my 40s, then getting crown redone, filling with mercury removed, root canal, and tmj treatment.
