That's awesome. I have 6 implants in my upper jaw and 4 in my lower jaw. I've had no issues with mine either. The dentist who did mine did an amazing job. I also brush my teeth every day, and I use the waterpik they gave me every day. Good oral hygiene is a must with dental implants.
How will a top full arch work out with bottom teeth that are weak and need replacement. When a implant is planted if the space where it's planted is weak, can the dentist doctor still put the implant and fill the space with bone graft. Than to plant the implant were the foundation is weak.
Bone grafting is a procedure that can be done prior to receiving implants! While we don't perform bone grafts here at Nuvia (we only provide permanent implants), I believe our Care Coordinators may be able to recommend where you could have that done! I hear you! After speaking with our doctors, I have the answer for you! 🎉 Our implants are made of 99% titanium, with trace amounts of oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, and iron. I hope this information is helpful! If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.😊
I have had 4 dental implants. Three are good? One has failed, altho I still have it in my mouth (no pain, just a little loose). I think that one failed because the dentist extracted the tooth and did the implant the same day, altho it was not loaded with a crown. Can I have the one that is failing removed, a bone graft put in, heal up for 4 months, and then try again? Would that probably be more successful? Thanks--
I'm sorry to hear about the complications you're experiencing! At Nuvia, we only offer permanent full-arch dental implants and don't perform bone grafting services or single-tooth implants. I would recommend reaching out to your local provider 😊 You're also welcome to check out our Dental Implant Guide so that you can compare permanent teeth in 24 hours to other options, which might give you some helpful, applicable insights: bit.ly/4bQ8NNs
@boomerang6130 hey :) I had implants done 3 weeks ago. The surgeon told me then, if the implants don't take we will have to redo them at my next visit. So that's why I'm sure it's possible. I had extractions and sinuslift / bonegraft done as well
Because we here at Nuvia only provide permanent full arch dental implants, we extract any remaining teeth during surgery. If you'd like to learn more about the process I would recommend reading through our dental implant information guide here: bit.ly/4aFk1og and let me know if you have any other questions afterward 💜
I've just had the pre work for implants. Replacing four teeth. I'm going back in 6 months for the implants. The only complaint is the pain, not in my mouth. In my back and neck. Can't they make dentist chairs more comfortable?.

What about root canals. I have a root canal, granted it's mostly broken away to nothing on the outside but still there. Would that cause an issue for these implants? Cuz I need these sooo bad...😢

Titanium "alloy" means not 100% titanium... so what are the other metals in the alloy? and are those metal compatible with t the human body?

So the gum adheres to the implant?
