I had a zoom interview yesterday and got hired on the spot! I will be a part time QSR busser at Disneyland. I'm a college student with zero previous work experience. The advice from your videos really helped me out.
My mom recently got hired at Disneyland and recommended I watch this and another of your videos before my own interview next Tuesday, I hope this helps me land my dream job!!
So sad. I was a ride operator at WDW in 1978-1985. All they asked was "do you like working with the public?" and "Why do you want to work here?" The also checked that you met the grooming standards and would fit the wardrobe range when you were AT your interview. They realized that most kids out of high school don't have "ride operator experience." AND it was ALL done in person at the old casting building behind Magic Kingdom, and you knew at the end of the interview if you got the job. Ah the good old days.
I hope this information still applies today. I have an interview (video) - already went through the phone screening and just a little nervous. My interview is this week... Fingers Crossed!

Also, you definitely need to get over to Disneyland, since you say that you've never , Ben. It's potentially life-changing!
