Dear Respected Sir I am Final Year Medical Student.....Firstly from July 2017 i start suffer with severe back pain with morning back stiffness which present for 6 month and after that it was completed go away without taking any treatment And 3 Month Interval After that i am suffering from Right hip pain since May 2018 with muscle stiffness tenderness on some above ischial tuberosity & posterior greater, lesser trochanter & pain in groin region as like enthesitis features.....I have done SI joint MRI in 2019 and consult in gov medical rheumatology department they saw MRI and say that you have nothing it just Mechanical LBP so i stop treatment and depend on only exercise but pain is persist continues mostly in night & recently i have done Hip joint MRI which is also normal... Blood test HLA B 27 negative, RA factor, CRP,ESR normal ....only sometime elevated ESR.....No any type of disability..... Diagnosis is not confirming but recently i got much relief in pain taking one week indocap sr 75 but i stopped indocap due to bleeding risk because i have history of mild gastritis ....so how long we have to taken indocap sr 75.....i m not understanding what i do.....please give me further advice as your on way....i will wait for your reply....is it seronegative ?

I am under treatment of Rheumatologist and also taking Saaz 1 gm BD with folic acid twice a week. Last month i visited my uncle and he was retired professor of MS (ortho), retired from HOD SSKM long before. Asked me about my pain and informed that mild pain is present on Sacrolitis joint. And my TB gold report (two times done) and Mantoux both positive. MRI report also says Sacrolitis. My ESR not going beyond 14 since Jul 2021 and my CRP also 7.1. HLAB27 positive (two times done) He told me take ATK4 twice daily for 4 months and after 4 months also Tab Cubix OD for two months. Should i continue with those TB medicine and antibiotics along with my AS medicines sir? Or should i stopped Saaz for some times. Please please sir help.

TB gold/ Mantoux test do not indicate active TB & TB medications are not required. They indicate latent TB & need treatment only if biologics are being started. One needs to take TB treatment only if one has active tuberculosis. You may talk to your rheumatologist as well to examine & confirm that you do not have active TB.

Agar condition jyada kharab h toh i would suggest you should go to a rehumatologist if condition is good but have pain and you have time then only go for Ayurvedic treatment becoz i have seen people coming with bamboo spine for panchkarma every year and also having medicines together but condition can't be reversed at that time. But yes might get a relief but depending upon Ayurvedic treatment bcoz it doesn't shoots everyone.....

Saaz would not cause loose motions. 1) Stop Nucoxia for a few days & check 2) Stool calprotectin test - AS by itself can cause loose motions. This test can help 3) Take an antibiotic course for loose motions if not taken already. Do speak to your rheumatologist as well.

सर मुझे 10 वर्ष पहले दर्द हुआ कूल्हों घुटनों में मेरी उम्र 25 वर्ष है मैं बहुत डॉक्टरों से मिला पता नहीं चला दर्द किस चीज का है अब मैं ऑर्थो डॉक्टर से मिला मेरी जांच h l a 27 पॉजिटिव है उन्होंने बताया तुम्हें एंक्लोजिंग स्पोंडिलाइटिस है मैंने 2 महीने उनकी दवाई खाई दवाई खाते खाते ही आराम मिलता है छोड़ने पर फिर पेन होने लगता है सर मुझे इंडोकैप कैप्सूल देते हैं दर्द बहुत है आराम नहीं हर कोई अलग-अलग ट्रीटमेंट बताता है आयुर्वेदिक होम्योपैथिक एलोपैथिक मैं क्या करूं बहुत परेशान हूं मुझे बताओ

Please try to understand their point of view as well. It is not middle class issue; awareness about AS in general is low. Did you know about AS before you were diagnosed? We cannot expect them to know either. We have to be clear about our decisions. That’s the precise reason why I have given the steps to reach a n informed & thought about decision.

आगे की तरफ झुकाव भी बहुत सारा आगया था अब वो भी बिल्कुल ठीक हो गया ह जो मसल्स स्पजाम हुई थी हार्ड वर्क के साथ साथ वो भी खुल गई ह बिल्कुल 👍,गर्दन में भी बहुत दर्द रहता था, तो उसके लिए भी मैने खुद एक्सरसाइज ढूंढा,जिनको गर्दन में दर्द ह वो एक काम कर रोज, सुबह उठ कर 30 मिनट्स तक किसी ऐसी जगह पर जाए जहा पास में कोई न हो, और फिर जोर जोर से गला फाड़ फाड़ के जितना जोर से हो सके चिल्लाए जितना हो सके चिल्लाए 2 दिन में ही गर्दन में आराम आना शुरू हो जाएगा , कर के देखे 200% ठीक हो जायेगा गर्दन का दर्द 👍
मैं बिल्कुल डेमेज हो गया था 4 साल पहले, फिर ये सोच कर की मर तो वैसे भी गए ,मैने हार्ड एक्सरसाइज शुरू की दर्द में ही , जैसे ही हार्ड एक्सरसाइज शुरू करने के 15 20 दिन बाद ही ऑटोमैटिक आराम आने लगा, अब अच्छे से चलता फिरता हूं और डेली हार्ड वर्क जारी ह 80 प्रेसेंट ठीक हो चुका हु वो भी बिना दवाई के,अब जब पूरा ठीक हो जाऊंगा तब बताता हूं आप सबको मेरी आप बीती , सबसे मैन चीज जो होती ह वो ह अपने खुद के अंदर जिदारी होनी चाहिए , जय भोले नाथ की🙏🙏
