Exercise cycle or treadmill will be more of a cardio exercise. It will not take care of the back. Please see a physiotherapist & learn proper back exercises & ensure that you do them daily.

I have started Tofacitnib for last 3-4 months but now i have a lot of acne on head , shoulder and back.

Acne is not very common with Tofacitinib. Pl see a dermatologist to rule out other causes/ treatment

Above medication prescribed by my Doctor are giving lot of relief.
These are medications with least side effects.

Good evening Sir.Im as AS patient.Onset of disease was around 10 years ago but wrongly diagnosed.Diagnosed since past 2 yrs. Initially treated with methotrexate and sulphasalazine for around 1 year.Then started on inj Golimubab 50 mg for atleast 13 months as CRP was not less than 6. Now Golimubab was stopped in May 2022 and since July end my condition has worsened.Before starting Golimubab last year i was started on ATT for 3 months as my TB GOLD was positive.Sir if again biologics are started do I need to be given ATT. Im a health care worker so prone to get acquainted with infection.Kindly illuminate me on this
Pls call him on his no. Take proper treatment from him. He is available for online treatment too.
I don't think there is a need to repeat the TB Gold test since you have been taking Golilumab till may 2022.

Test was done by flowcytometry method .

sir Rheumatologist itna pain killer dete hai ki kidney liver he kharab ho jaye. Daily 120 mg etoricoxib plus 650 mg paracetamol. What kind of treatment is it sir and saaz ds se immune systems itna weak ho jata hai ki normal viral Fever bhi 1 mahine se kam shi nhi hota. Body ander se khokla ho jata hai.
